Please let me know how far away it is from the Centre of KL? and the best way to get there, I am a solo female traveler.
Did you visit the Orchid and Butterfly Park too?
We found it easy by public transport, we stayed near Twin Towers. Either take free pink bus or metro, to Pasar Seni, all marked on free maps available from hotels. From Pasar Seni walk across the footbridge to Old Kuala Lumpur Railway station, not KL Sentral. Then cross the road in front and walk through the grounds of the National Mosque, once on the other side follow Jalan Perdana up the hill to the left for about 800 metres and there you are. We had no problem at about midday, many tourists walking both ways so hard to get lost.
Good luck, its worth it.
I would either get a taxi or uber, we got a taxi and it didn't cost that much
Take UBER. It is far from public transport.
It's quite near to KL sentral LRT station, but it's better to go by cab if you don't want to walk 25 minutes among cars :).
If you want safe and metered taxi, let's use "grab" application or Uber.
