Visitors with fully wheelchair is not well recommended although visit is still doable. There is certain area you will find hard with wheelchair as the place is slightly slopes and inclines/ramp.

Wheelchair is dobale but not very friendly in the sense that there are slight slopes and inclines. However, still doable and worth the effort.

Wheel chair is doable, not very friendly in the sense that there are slight slopes and inclines. But generally doable and the park is worth the effort.

Yes, most of the part of the park you can use wheel chair. Few places are too steep for a manual wheelchair but I believe you can avoid to go to such place.
