what time do u pick us and what time will the whole journey takes to complete (back to hotel).

Hi there!

Yes they do pick you up at Westin Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. And they can definitely fly 3 Adults and 1 Child.

The total tour will be around 4 hours up to 5 hours depending on the length of the flight and the retrieving of the hot air balloon.

They pick you up at your hotel usually at 6:30am and you’ll be back at your hotel by 11am usually. 12pm will be the max.
