Since its your honeymoon, would suggest to have good beach resort in North Goa. Taj has a very good property near Agouda Fort. Vagator beach also have couple of plush resorts. Try visting Baga beach for best soothing experience and Calungute for shopping.

Hi Ruvin

congratulations for your marriage!

Jan is a superb time to visit Goa and you can multiple activities depending on your interest and budget. Yes it a peak time so charge of many things you will find it expensive but don't worry you will have fun worth spending.

First is to rent a bike/car as per your convenience where the current rate of two wheeler is INR 300 PER DAY & petrol is yours. Must visit beaches are Anjuna Beach & Baga Beach and you can explore other beach too, if you seriously a beach type.

You can try water sports at either of the beaches, which offcourse is worth spending.

Must go for club in the evening, Club Cubana, LPK, Tito's club are good.

Go for cruise pride where you can enjoy casino and have lots of other fun activities.

You can check out Dudh Sagar but that is a full day activity so plan accordingly.

Must try Scuba diving and have loads of fun...

Best of Luck to you guys...

January is a nice time to visit goa in terms of weather, but it will be peak season and therefore will be crowded and expensive.

Keep one day to visit north goa beaches and clubbing in the night. Another day for visiting historic places in old goa. On the same day, you can also visit Dona Paula and go for a sunset cruise from Panjim.

On the third day, you can enjoy south goa by renting a bike.
