Is the atmosphere at this restaurant conducive for a first time date night with someone?... Is it quiet and private enough dining so that you can hear each other's conversation without having to compete with noise and distraction?
Absolutely! Ask for a booth
I would definetly call ahead to make a reservation. Let them know what you dinner date is about they will take care of you! It is a rather nice place and the food will leave you with a lot to talk about! Not to mention the wait staff who are on their mark!
I think it would be a great place for a date but I would call ahead because if you end up getting a table in the middle it might be too loud. There are plenty of tables along the edge of the restaurant that would fit the bill for your date night better. I would just call ahead to reserve a table. Cheers!
Yes I think it would be good choice not too over the top but very nice.
I think it would be great for a first time date. Just call ahead with a reservation and request one of the more intimate tables. Hope it goes well!
The location is fab as is the retro/industrial vibe. I went with a group so we sat up at a long raised table overlooking the bar, however as well as the normal tables I recall they may have had more intimate booth types seats as well - recommend you phone and speak to them - an excuse to get close I guess - an alternative that I rated slightly above here was the A&P social out of downtown and better setting for something quiet and romantic- well in my opinion anyway
