The general visiting area is wheel chair friendly. You may(!) find some difficulties when doing the drive around the park, which is worthwhile by the way.

From the parking area towards the man buildings you should not have a problem, ditto the immediate camps. Further away the roads become a bit rough. However, they should be able to accommodate you on the tours, which are in any case the best way to see everything. Please contact them to find out as you have to book tours beforehand anyway. Good luck and enjoy your visit.

You will be able to do most of it in a wheelchair. Much of the activity is also on the back of a 4x4 vehicle. So I guess very much doable if disabled.
