our flight arrives in cape town about 8.30am, are we able to leave our bags at the hotel and then go about our visit until the room is ready
Dear Terry B,
Thank you for your enquiry. We look forward to welcoming you to Cape Town. As confirmed on the previous answers, we would be more than happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. Although check in time is officially at 2 pm, if we can accommodate an early check in we'll most definitely do so and get you settled in immediately. Otherwise, feel free to store your luggage, make use of our shower facilities to freshen up after your travels and explore the area. If there's anything else we can assist with to make your stay more comfortable, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks & Kind Regards,
I cannot give a definitive answer to this question because our checkin to More Quarters happened to be in the early afternoon and our rooms were ready at that time. However, judging from the overall style of service we got there, I do feel confident they would keep your luggage secure somewhere until your room is ready for checkin. If you're in doubt, you should give them a call or email directly. But, if it were me, I'd just assume they'll handle it for you at the time.
Yes, that is what we did. Arrived, they stored our luggage and when we returned, it was in the rooms waiting for us. ( We had 4 couples and 4 rooms---everything went smoothly)
Outstanding hotel and the people were great!!!!!

I'm sure they will store them for you until the room is ready. It's a very small welcoming reception area. You'll have no problem. You can always call or email and ask.
Our flight arrived even earlier and our room was ready. Given how helpful this hotel is, I would guess it would be.no problem at all but check first. They were such lovely people. Do you need a tour guide whilst you're there? If so, do use John Fraser of DB tours capetown as he was extremely reasonable and so good.
