General Palmer Hotel Questions & Answers

Considering staying at the GP in May, but not too crazy about the cancel policy. Got aging parents and may have to cancel my whole trip should something bad come our way. Finding free cancel policies at most others in your area up until a few days before. Can you do any better than 70%?

Hello! I do apologize for the delay. I do not get on here alot and am quite busy! I don't know if it's too late or not, but we had a WONDERFUL stay! The staff were very nice and respectful. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your interest in our hotel! We would like to let you know that, should you need to cancel prior to 7 days before your arrival date, that we would only apply a $25 cancellation fee, which can be applied to a future reservation. In the event that you would need to cancel 7-4 days prior to your arrival date, one nights stay plus taxes would be applied, and cancelling within 3 days prior would result in a charge of the entire cost of the reservation, HOWEVER, you would receive credit at the hotel for any and all cancellation charges. That credit could be redeemed at any time with no expiration, and is fully transferable. The General Palmer never penalizes guests, meaning that you are never charged with receiving a service in return. We hope you have found this helpful in arranging your travel plans.
