Residence Inn Boca Raton Questions & Answers

Toronto, Ontario

Hi, We are on our way home after spending 3 months in Hallandale Beach. We are also going to stay in the 2 story duplex. We are going to have a lot of luggage. Do you enter the suite from the first floor or do you have to walk up to the second floor of the hotel to get to the duplex suite? If that's the case we'll have to leave some of the luggage in the car or get help. Any heads-up would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to the Residence Inn Boca Raton. Our hotel is set up like an apartment complex which is great for relocating. You will have the ease of parking in front of your suite and not having to go through the lobby each time. All of our executive loft 2 bedroom suites are on the second floor. A hotel member of staff will be delighted to assist with your luggage. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

The units with lofts all are entered from the second floor. You have to climb a flight of steps outdoors.

We stayed on the main floor although it seemed like most of their second floor suites only had stairs. I would recommend to call and reserve a main floor ahead if possible.

Our room was on the second floor - we had to go up a set of stairs- there may be units downstairs, but you'd have to ask them.

Thank you for your answers. We do want the duplex unit, since we are going to be here for 6 nights. So we'll have to divide up our luggage between what we need for the stay and what remains in the car. That was a great heads-up.
