Fortunately, this post is reflective of MY experience. OUR TELEVISION had to be tapped on the back for reception. Our toilet overflowed. The snack machine took our money. The ice machine broke. We tried to get the toilet fixed, the housekeeping manager came to our room disgruntled that she had to leave home to fix our issue. She never fixed it. FACTS. We had 2 kids, 2 adults... no toilet. We used the office toilet. Facts. I'm glad you all had a great experience. However... our Experience, for the price was NOT pleasant.
The current GM's name is different. They could not have been any nicer to our party.
