Hi there to staff or guests, I've written at least three times to the contact email on the official website of Morukuru family in the past two months. But I've only got one reply back and two weeks later! And then no more reply again.... is there another email address other than the one stated on the official website?? I can't believe this is the kind of service from a full scoring resort... Can anyone help? thanks alot!!

We are terribly sorry that you have experienced problems in trying to get in touch with us via our website. It seems like we are not receiving your emails. We usually reply within 24 hours or faster.

If you don't receive a reply from us by then, please resend your email as the email may not have reached us, or perhaps our reply to you may not have reached you.

Could I ask you to please resend your email to the address as stated on our website? Otherwise you can also use info rather then reservations. Please copy me in, using my first name instead of reservations.

Ok, I've just made an inquiry on the resort website and got a reply 2 days later. BUT I replied to that email on the same day. And no reply for a week.....? There should be something done about the efficacy of returning guests emails? thanks~
