Jack passed away last year.
I have complained and hopefully the public who reads these reviews will see that the only response from this company is that a low rating is a false review. Contact the Attorney General's office and file a complaint online. I have also contacted ALE (Alcohol Law Enforcement Agency) since they served alcohol to my 15 and 13 year olds from those clear carafes at the door. If you were not carded at Maverick's and if you were not carded on the ship before alcohol served, please contact Agent Carroll at (919) 441-0050. These folks need to be put out of business. I believe Jack died last year, but Debbie Harrell is administering his estate. I will get a copy of the file to find out who the true owner is . . . probably her unprofessional self.
Good morning no I haven't, I have called the facility itself and have been put through to voicemail every single time. I called Sunday morning and again on Tuesday still no response back. It really goes to show exactly what kind of people this is but I will be making a complaint with the "BBB" very unprofessional.. Thank you so much
Contacted the General Manager Sammy two days ago. Sammy told me he would call me back.. I haven't heard from him yet.
Just found out that he passed away in January last year. Unfortunately, Debbie is his cousin and she is administering his estate. I'll let you know who owns it when I get a copy of the estate file from Catawba County where he passed away and his estate is being probated. If it's her, best to file complaint with BBB and Attorney General's Office
