Have anyone that attend the May 27th Hawaiian Luau for the 7-11pm show, received any response back from any mangers or supervisors regarding refund for that awful mess we had to endure. All I received was It didn't happen!! Which is a total Lie!!! Called several times no response back, I have reported this awful situation to the BBB...Poor management!!

No they have refused to answer the phone and I saw the management statement that said it didn't happen which it very well did! I have decided to contact my local action 9 news station at this point to expose this scam! I'm not gonna stop til I'm at least acknowledged this was my anniversary night!
I have complained and hopefully the public who reads these reviews will see that the only response from this company is that a low rating is a false review. Contact the Attorney General's office and file a complaint online. I have also contacted ALE (Alcohol Law Enforcement Agency) since they served alcohol to my 15 and 13 year olds from those clear carafes at the door. If you were not carded at Maverick's and if you were not carded on the ship before alcohol served, please contact Agent Carroll at (919) 441-0050. These folks need to be put out of business.
Erica H, I totally agree with you , they are scammers and need to be exposed. I even tired calling them again still getting sent to voicemail. They think people not going to pursue them but I won't stop till they refund my money back and admit that they are in the wrong.
