What age children would you say would enjoy this museum? We are thinking about bringing a group of 10 kids, including two babies up to a 7th grader. Literally a stair step as far as ages.
I think there is stuff there for all ages. There are s few interactive exhibits that the older ones will enjoy. If you bring s baglunch, you can eat right at friendship fountain and the view is spectacular. I remember doing that as s kid!
MOSH will be fun and entertaining for kids of all ages. The history part may not be fun but the live animals and the whale exhibit will be enjoyed.
Personally I would have no problem bringing all the children but I believe the older ones will enjoy the museum a bit more.
there is lots for all the kids to do not matter their age.
Thanks everyone! Unfortunately, my college roommate and I are a 5 hr flight from any grandma, but we hold our own. Your input is valuable to us!!
Our Grandson's were 5 and 7 and enjoyed MOSH. It's not for babies. The planetarium has shows at different times for different age groups, so check that out before coming and time your visit accordingly. It's worth the time and money.
I would leave the babies home with grandma, although their curiosity may be peaked. But the amount of attention to the babies will take away from the experience of the older children and parents ! Their time will come soon enough.
