Is it completely open to the public or do you have to pay to enter?
Also, is it open all-year round, like even on Christmas day?
Since, it is a Buddhist temple, it should be free and open year round.
Yes it's open all round the year
no payment needed and completely open always.
It is free with a donation box. Didn't see any monks or anyone really so assume it would be open Christmas Day. Very small. 15 min max - would be nice at night. Enjoy
It is free and also open most of the time but there are "timings" of course. Unfortunately when we had gone, it was closed. It was lunch time of course so perfectly understandable. Don't miss Jungle Beach below and the small restaurant on the way.
open 365 days but to go into the vihara Mandira the chief munk should be there.
Hi, sometimes is closed but the schedule is not clear. Obviously, as usual, many entries are free, but some "sponsor" money are welcome :-), even expected, sometimes monks ask for that :-) BR, Zdenek
It is free but if you go into the actual temple, a small donation is gratefully received.
