Great place to stay and very good value.Close to everything and staff very friendly. Plaxa Vallarta is small but has a couple of restaurants, shops, laundry, spa, hairdresser and place to have a manicure and pedicure.
Breath taking and beautiful. Be prepared for some rough water if the ocean is choppy. If you do not like water or tend to get sea sick do not go. Down on the beach by the Canta del Sol is a vendor named Raymond who will get you a good deal on tickets.
Great staff very friendly. This hotel overlooks the ocean. Also has a hot tub which gives a great place to relax and view the beach and ocean. Very Mexican and charming. If you do not mind being directly on the beach a great place to stayed here t
If you get the right room this resort is great. Much quieter than the Canta Del Sol and rooms are much larger. You can get breakfast only or all inclusive. We took breakfast only this time as wanted to some of our own cooking. Worked out well. Mega store is within walking distance and has great choice of all food types.
Very charming Mexican resort. Staff here are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to make you welcome. Since this resort is not located on ocean front property you have a short walk to the beach. They have a special roped off area for their guests with a snack bar and alcohol service. Beware vendor's are all over this spot.
Wonders, sights, restaurants, shopping you have it all. Many outdoor restaurants you can stop and have a cold drink. Ice cream stands and lots of good food. Every night after 6:00 p.m. the vendor's set up their food carts. Crepe's, corn, pastry and too many delicious things to mention. The Malecon is a must.
Looking for a long term rental start here. Beautiful and so much to see and do. Try to find someone like Debbie the Property girl to show you some rentals. Most people book a year in advance so be sure to book early. Staying here is well worth the wait.
This is truly a beautiful part of PVR. It is however where most of the crowd are gay couples. They are very interesting and wonderful people to meet. Some of the best restaurants are located here but most need reservations. The atmosphere is happy and always something to do. Interesting shops and some great fashions to be found here. You will not be disappointed.
Beautiful beaches and lush scenery. A lot of surfing done here. Prices for accomodation here are a lot more pricy. The town is small but a lot of history here. Food as usual is varied and always something to please everyone. Should put this on your to visit list.
Just a beautiful church with so much history. Most Mexican's are catholic and their churches reflect this in all it's glory. Very peaceful and serene and seems that the angels are not far away. Just thought we would like to take in a service while we were in this country. Well worth the hour spent.
Lush and tropical plants everywhere. The flowers are breathtaking and the colours to many to mention. Also a lot of Mexican Art and pottery here. Depending on where you are staying it could be an hour or so one way. You need to really enjoy flowers, plants and culture to make this worth your while.
Once again you need to beprepared for a boat trip on the ocean. It is around one hour one way. The boat is a double decker which if you get a seat gives you a better view. They anchor the boat to allow you to swim so you must be a strong swimmer. Great fun but would not do again.
