New Delhi has a lot to offer to everyone, may you be a nature lover a foody a shopping fanatic or a history buff.It is a city with gardens The Moughal Garden attached to the Rashtrapati bhawan, The garden of five senses near Saket, Lodhi Garden with a tinch of History and natural beauty the Nehru park in Chankyapuri area.The best time to visit these gardens is the month of Febuary when not only the gardens but the round abouts in New Delhi are full of flowers. For History Buffs Qutab Minar, Hamun Tomb, India Gate Rashtrapati Bhawan, Jantar Mantar are places worth visiting in New Delhi and Redfort in Delhi.There is a light and sound show at Redfort in the evening which shows you the history of delhi and the Red fort. For Art lovers Mandi House area near Connaught place is the cultural hub of Delhi where you can see plays, dance performances art exhibitions and enjoy music concerts Foodies I assure you New Delhi is not going to disappoint you what ever may be your choice we have international and national food outlets. Bengali Market walking distance from Mandi House offers you chat ,and north Indian pure vegetarian food also pure vegetarian confectionary items. Connaught Place is the place to taste all types of food, You name it and you will get it here Rajdhani for pure veg gujrati foood in Scindia house,Wengers for lovely confectionary in A block of Connuaght place, Sarwana Bhawan at Janpath and P block connuaught place Sagar Ratna in outer circle for authentic vegetarian South Indian food.Haldiram which serves chat items and north and south Indian food and has outlets spread all over Delhi has a branch in the outer circle a must visit for foodies, There are restaurants serving chineses thai cusine but sorry being a vegetarian and not adventrous in food would not be able to suggest where to eat.Delhi Haat Opposite INA Market is place where you can get food from nearly all states of India and also get to see handicrafts . Hauz Khas village has Nivediam for south indian food and many restaurants and pubs plus a good place to shop,it is one of the most happening places specially on weekends. Finally for the Shopping Fanatics , Baba khark Singh Marg in Connuaght place area has emproriums from all states of India where you can buy products of those states at a resaonable price.. or Visit the central cottage emporium at Janpath . But if you are a bargain seeker then Janpath market is the place for you. where you can buy from the shops on the pavement.price and quality not assured but test of your bargaining skill assured. New Delhi has world class malls in Saket and Vasant Kunj where most of the international and indian brands are available you also have food courts and specality restaurants for all types of food. Good multiplex to watch a movie. I have tried my best to cover most of the things but if you have a question please feel free to ask some of the places mentioned have been reviewed by me.

    Cha Bar in Oxford Book store in N block of Connaught place opposite the statesman building is a nice place where you can get snacks and a large variety of tea and to choose from.My favourite place for darjelling tea and carrot cake

    This historic monument is a landmark of New Delhi, In the compex you also have the Ashoka Pillar Both are must visit for history buffs and all those who want to have their picture taken with Qutab Minar in the background otherwise how will they tell the world they visited Delhi.

    • There are over 300 steps to the first level of Qutab Minar which you have to climb above that no body is allowed to go
    • weedends attract a lot of toursit so the place is crowded
