The best of this hotel is the amazing staff because all of them were gentle and helping you even before you ask, and when I mean the stuff I mean the reception , the staff in the restaurants and taverna, the pool bar, the girl in the beach, the pool life guard and even the gardener in the entrance! This kind of people focused on service its difficult to find.
The beach is very nice and at the end of july I always found a bed in the first row.
The pool has a person taking care which is good specially if you are travelling with kids (an extra eye).
We spent 5 days and we relaxed and we are happy we stayed there, there are just some things to improve like the wifi ( it was terrible and it was difficult because we really needed sometimes and internet connection, celullar data is horrible in the area (not the hotels fault) therefore a strong WIFI would be great!
There are many renovations in the room but still needs changes like the mattresses..

If you are looking for hospitality, peacefulness, relaxation and astonishing view in Greece Paloma Beach hotel is exactly the place to go for your holidays! We went in July 2018 tree adults and a child, our agency made a mistake in booking and put all family in one room. But the hotel manger and the owner were so nice to us that immediately tried to find another more comfortable option for us even the hotel was fully booked. We got a spacious 2 rooms apartment and cannot be more thankful for that!
The rooms are cleaned everyday and have everything you need for your vocation. However, we found beds to be a bit hard but got used to it in some days. Cleaning ladies do amazing job and always welcome you with the smile. Thank you Pavlina!
We went all inclusive and were happy to do that because there no restaurants or taverns available in the neighborhood, only small market in Niforeika hotel which is few minutes away from the Pavlina Beach where you have small choice of biscuits, yogurts, tobacco and liquors. The lunch served outside at the terrace with spectacular view over the mountains and the sea. In all inclusive there are coffee, fruits, drinks and cookies available all day. Frappe is the best!
For children there are small pool and big playing area with all sort of swings and playing houses. My 3 years old daughter loved it!
The beach is very cosy and very clean, there are small beach bar where you have to pay but can get different kind of ice cream and drinks.
All staff at the hotel are very friendly and hospital. Special thanks to the life guard Makis, who watches all children playing at the pool and immediately comes to help when needed. Another person, who truly makes your holiday be joyful is bartender Georgia who works at the tower bar. She really made us feel like home. We will miss you!!!!
Overall, we loved the hotel and definitely want to come back! We recommend this hotel to everyone who want relaxing escape holidays on a beach:)

Let's start with good things:
The hotel has a great location. Views are amazing. The staff is nice and helpfull. So far we hadn't had a problem with finding free sunbeds near the beach or pool. Beach and see are clean and very very nice.

Room (217) is spacy and clean. Old, but all is functional. Complimentary Wifi in the room is at reasonable speed.

However.. As All Inclusive guests we need to climb from the beach to pool bar (called "The Tavern") to get drinks, because beach bar is not included in All Inclusive.. So either pay and get cool or climb and get wet because of sweat.

But the worst is the food.. All breakfasts are the same or almost the same.
Salads you need to mix yourself and integrients are not the greatest quality. Sweets are very limited in variety. Juices are not juices - they are sweet, closured, drinks with taste far away from fruits. Sea food is rare and when is done is not tasty at all (please don't serve the sea food risotto again). Of course it happens than some meal is good, but it is an exception (like a mini-donats for breakfast or grilled meat), not a rule here.

The hotel, even old, has a great potential. Just please fix the food.

We leave the hotel on Saturday. Hopefully we will see some improvements before we leave.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff, nice location, beautiful views...
But it is a pearl in the desert...beside the beach there is nothing to do in a few km...there are no bars, disco's,shops (beside the mini market next door)...you need to call a taxi to bring you to the nearest bus station (8euro) and than 2,5euro to Patras...
The food in the hotel is very good, good quality, Greek and European...but overall it could be hotter...
Same for the coffee from the pool bar...it is just above room temperature...you will not burn your lips!
But te friendly staff, cleaning lady's and superb views make it worth going there!

There is not a lot of entertainment there...so there is nothing to fear from this...but the other guest (Russian) mainly argue, talk very loud and discuss... Food is great, plenty of variety...and very friendly staff! You get 1 bottle of water each day, ask it at the windmill tower! If you want to visit something...order a taxi at the reception that brings you to Kato Achaio (8euro one way) there buy a bus ticket (2,5euro) that brings you to Patras...nice shopping town!
