We came to stay at the Manoir Le Bigourda recently after a recommendation from my parents. We knew it would be good but had no idea just how beautiful, peaceful and idyllic it would be until we experienced it for ourselves. Nothing can be faulted with this wonderful place; the hosts Robert and Carol Ann are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, the rooms are all beautifully furnished with great care and detail and the surroundings are just so beautiful. The terrace for breakfast is second to none and the pool is a perfect place to relax in peace with a good book while taking in the scent of the jasmine and rosemary plants. We stayed for three nights but on reflection we wish we could have had longer now as the quiet location and peaceful surroundings suited us just perfectly. We certainly plan to return again to this wonderful place!

Robert and Carol Ann have done a phenomenal job with their home - from arrival to departure the experience was first class - it's a beautiful home in a fabulous setting - the rooms are extremely comfortable with lovely nice big modern bathrooms. The breakfast is a step up from the usual basic 'continental' and enjoyed on the upstairs terrace with views of the surrounding countryside and swimming pool. If travelling through the area we would definitely stay again and can highly recommend.

Having stopped over at Manoir le Bigourda last year during a motorbike trip, we decided to do so again this year and were not disappointed. It was every bit as great as our last stay with Robert and Carol-Anne very welcoming into their beautiful manor. The pool and beer were most welcomed after a hot ride and the room spacious comfortable and spotless. We were even shown to the local campsite to watch a band and have drinks and a snack. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to go again soon

We regularly stay at Manoir le Bigourda and always have a wonderful time. The accommodation is stylish, classy, charming and SO comfortable - antiques but no fuss. The hosts Carol-Ann and Robert and friendly, generous and efficient and so very helpful in every way. Coffee, tea and breakfast options are plentiful. The pool is large, sparkling and very inviting at all times, Already looking forward to the next time.

Le Bigourda is a gem in the Tarn-et-Garonne countryside with its stunning location, scenery and welcome. Robert and Carol-Ann have done an amazing job in converting a derelict building into a beautiful and homely place to spend a vacation. Their hospitality was second to none with nothing too much trouble. The rooms and interior have been carefully thought out with many things to stop and study. Outside the pool provided a welcome reprieve from the days heat. Thank you both...I can't wait to come back again and next time I hope to be able to spend some time learning French as carol-Ann is looking to set up weekend language breaks.
