If you are a foodie you will LOVE the selection of restaurants right outside the door, Perfect location. Only a 25 minute walk to the falls and Clifton hill or a 10 minute drive.
The room was clean, And the A.C worked great.
The staff was so friendly and check in was smooth! No complaints about this place, I’d come back and I’d recommend!
Wifi was 8-10
Started our stay here, expected a typical motel but it was a notch up for a usual motel. Friendly staff & room we were in was perfect. We honestly didnt expect much, was just a place to sleep for the night after arriving late. Continental breakfast was included. The location is on Lundys lane so quite a distance from clifton hill etc but it is near plenty of stores like Dollarama & a few good discount stores along with No Frills and "proper" priced restaurants, not highly inflated like "the main area". Great place to start and get some snacks, cases of water and such without paying 5 times the price. A cab to clifton hill is under $8 but the wego also passes by. We always go to Niagara using public transport. We would stay here again for 1 night then 2nd night onwards move closer to the main area.
Booked this hotel as part of a brief work trip to Ontario.
On sight, I expected something 2-3 stars. But in reality....it was much much better.
I booked a room for 3 - 3 double beds.
On arrival, it was a steaming hot and humid evening. The aircon took some interventions to actually cool the room. But eventually did the job,
The real highlight.....the wifi. As i was uploaded a lot of data as part of the trip, the wifi was outstanding. Maybe I got lucky. But it was one of the best I've ever used!
The hotel is a fair walk from downtown Niagara. But that's not necessarily a bad thing!
Loads of take outs within a few minutes walk.
The location was very easy to find on Lundy's Lane at Drummond. Fast food restaurants nearby included MacDonalds, BK, and Pizza Pizza. Dollarama across the street for cheap snacks. Very clean rooms with good TV and Wifi. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast (included) was juice, cereal, toast and bagels with tea and coffee. Owner was continually cleaning tables and bringing in fresh juice and hard-boiled eggs. This location definitely exceeded my expectations. The only complaint was a lack of electric outlet in the bathroom, and a lack of mirror in the bedroom where the outlets were available, which made it difficult for my wife to do her hair and make-up. Overall, a great place to stay on a budget.
Don't spoil your Niagara Falls vacation by staying at this property! Owners doesn't care about rooms and people. We didn't have room service during our 2 days staying. Grey , dirty overused towels and bedding. Wifi never worked. Any pictures on various website don't match reality. Breakfast was terrible! One jam-jar and one peanut butter jar with spoons inside! 20 people walk around each other because of very small dinning room. Are you kidding me?! I can't even call this property a "motel ". The worst memories during our trip!
