We took the attic apartment in this lovely house. Personal warm welcome from the owners who were attentive without being intrusive. They were very keen to offer information about what might be good to see and do in Aberystwyth during our stay.

The apartment was well equipped and had nice little welcome packs of toiletries and tea/ coffee etc, so we could settle in before popping out for some basics for the week.

The views from the top are wonderful and the apartment is comfortable and in a quiet part of town. The sea is something to behold from up there and set the scene for a really lovely holiday.

Thank you to Seabrin owners for helping us have a lovely few days in Aberystwyth.

It was just yesterday, we came back from a pleasant trip to Aberystwyth after staying 3 days in this beautiful sea facing apartment. Let me write this from the beginning on this beautiful journey. On 17th August 2018, we reached Aberystwyth by car from London which took 6hrs including few breaks. This property is located on the new promenade area, 4miles from A44 and very near to the castle and located between harbour and castle. It was very easy to locate the building Seabrin with it’s dark sea blue colour in the new promenade area.
Once we reached the new promenade, we parked the car on the street parking(free), just few meters away from the property( as that was the only place near to the property available at that moment) and called the owner Marise. She was ready with the key and explained everything. She also suggested that in the evening the street parking would have lots of free spaces and we could park the car just in front of the property, which we did.
We had the first floor apartment which is only 10 or so steps with a landing. The landing shelf was full of books of all kinds. The decoration was nice and pleasant.
Once we opened the main door we were amazed.
What a beautifully orientated apartment! This had a big drawing cum dining room with plenty of seating arrangements like sofa set and chairs. The most amazing part was the main window of the drawing room which had a clear sea view. The Sea is only 30 ft away , separating by a 15 feet wide road only. So practically, we were on the sea.
There were 2 bedrooms- one had 2 single and another had a queen bed.
There were plenty of furniture like cabinets, dining table chairs, TV on each bed rooms and a big TV in the drawing room, DVD player etc. There was a library of books and DVDs only for us in the drawing hall. The toilet was also big in size, The decoration and cleanliness was superb. Everything was glittering new and clean.
In kitchen, there were ample kitchenware’s enough for 4 of us. The small refrigerator was very effective.
The overall area was about 1000 sq ft or more.
There were room heaters in every room, although we didn’t use it.
Beds were really cosy with lots of pillows and cushions.
The free wifi was very fast and good.
There were more than sufficient plug points which helped us a lot to charge our mobiles/cameras.
The rooms had very good lighting arrangement and were perfect for us.
The location was another key point- only few meters from sea, 300m from the castle, 10mins walking for reaching high street shops and markets were some of the key points. 1.5mile promenade was a nice place for walking.
This was one of our best stay. As this time it was very short, I would come back again for a week at least only to sit on the chair, see the waves with a story book with a cup of coffee.

Just got back from the most relaxed break we have had for a long time. Thanks to Marise and Wilf for making us feel so welcome., we felt like part of their family. We cannot praise highly enough and definately recommend the Seabrin to everyone. We stayed for 3 nights and only wish it could have been longer. The room was very clean, comfy and spacious, with the sound of the sea to send you off for what is a lovely comfy nights sleep. The sea view is breath taking,we sat watching the dolphins playing in the bay. The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Marise and Wilf have decided to refurbish the rooms to self contained apartments which is a great move. We had a look at one of the apartments that has been done and it was gorgeous, everything you need is supplied, the decor modern with a comfy feel. We cannot rate the Seabrin highly enough, well done Marise and Wilf

I stopped at the Seabrin on the 02 June. I needed a break away from my business, and decided to have three days away. Everything worked out perfectly, the accommodation was first class, the room was exemplary, the owners Wilf and Marise was very friendly, and made my stay most welcome, and at the end of my break away I felt so refreshed..Excellent Location and First Class Breakfast...I made a friend in Rio, the labrador immediately on arrival..Very Highly Recommended and I will most definitely be back.....Thank you both so much, can't thank you enough, look forward to seeing you all again before the year is out..

My wife and I stayed in a newly renovated, one bedroom apartment on the top floor of Seabrin, overlooking South Beach. The property has everything you will need for a great holiday in Aberystwyth - a comfortable bed, stove & microwave for cooking, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a modern bathroom. There was plenty of street parking outside the building during our stay.

Seabrin is next to The Castle Grounds and a 10-15 min leisurely stroll along the Promenade to the Royal Pier. It is close to the centre of town but in a quiet location. The Orchid Restaurant is a great choice for Asian dining.

Marise and Wilf were terrific hosts and they invited us to join them for a couple of drinks with the other guests on Saturday evening. We enjoyed breakfast and highly recommend this property for a holiday.
