We had a Suite which was extremely clean, comfortable & blissfully quiet, despite our stay including a Saturday night. Pleasantly surprised by everything they had to offer. Easy, free parking. Swimming pool. Popular Gym. 2 Restaurants were shut but the bar was nice , well run and we ate there all 3 evenings - very convenient. Avocado & Cashew Nuts on Sourdough was really special. Pizzas were freshly cooked and, unlike some restaurants, you could add this, take that away. One evening I had Roast Turkey which was very nice too. Club lounge was shut but they gave us 2 free drink vouchers each every day for the bar which was a nice touch. Reception and waiting staff were very friendly and sincere. Took two of the hotel bikes out and had a lovely ride along the Lagan River and Valley to Drumbeg and back with Reception having arranged a later check out for us. Congratulations to all the staff for managing all of this mid Covid-19 - you must have been under a lot of stress yourselves. We needed a break and you gave us one. Thanks Very Much.

We came as a young couple (23) for one night as a gift for a night stay, with complimentary 3 course dinner and breakfast. We made use of the pool which was well distanced as it was very quiet anyway, and the changing rooms were very clean, with staff coming in to check/maintain roughly every half an hour. We enjoyed a bottle of wine courtesy of the hotel, before going down for dinner. The starters and mains were amazing, and the chocolate brownie for dessert was delicious, although the cheesecake was a bit disappointing. The staff who helped us were all very amiable and conscious of social distancing, which meant that we could really relax on a rare night away. Room was great and so comfortable with a massive king sized bed, we got a great sleep and would recommend the hotel on the whole!

We booked one night in a club room with access to the club lounge with drinks and snacks in addition to the upgraded room. We also booked here due to the swimming pool.
When we checked in at 3pm we were told the pool closes at 3.30pm but that’s not the hotels fault as it’s run by another company.
Was then told the club lounge was closed due to covid but we would get 2 free drinks in the bar. I questioned why the rooms could still be booked and why the info was not communicated to us. I also had messaged the hotel on booking.com but they also never responded. There’s no point in a hotel being ignorant to one of the biggest hotel booking apps!
We had to book breakfast which was way too early of a time. What’s the pleasure in that when you are away to relax.
On the plus side the room was lovely with a nice sized bathroom.
The hotel need to get their advertising correct and not up sell rooms or facilities which aren’t really available.
I was told that marketing have to update the website and other blurb but the fact is that should have been done already and guests not mislead. If you book here make sure you check what you are getting.
