To start, the greeting was horrible. The receptionists are not friendly and service was bad. No onze answers the room phone From the reception and no towels in the room.
The room was not 4 stars, the bed was very hard, the shower and shower door were in bad shape.
When checking out there was NO ONE in the hôtel, we bad to wait 30 mins and almost missed our flight.
The only good thing about the hotel was the « Small personnel »
Checked in during the heat of August! The AC is not up to the standard in the US. Could not get the room cool. It didn't help that the system was totally off while we were gone (economy mode). Made sleeping very tough! Toilet paper was extremely thin! A pleasant point was a desk clerk, Lorena. She was very helpful.
We booked the suite and it was a really lovely room - hot tub was great! Always cleaned to a high level when we were out on our travels. Great breakfast, really friendly staff. Small error with paying for the room but the staff quickly rectified the issue and also provided us a with a free mini bar for our troubles. Highly recommend
Although a little farther from the city centre, the distance is easy to walk if you like walking. Otherwise the metro station is very close. A nice hotel to stay, quiet and clean. The breakfast was ok, not a wide variety, but still good. The receptionist was not very friendly and the reception room very very small, the room was a bit small and very hot. Also, a bit expensive.
Avoid! Breakfast was poor. Hotel is at best equivalent of mediocre 3 star UK hotel. Reception staff extremely unhelpful.
Checked into a room with no windows other than an unreachable velux window on the ceiling 10 feet above which automatically closed at night leaving the room with no ventilation. Requested to change rooms. Refused despite rooms still being available online and several other empty rooms on our corridor. Reception refused us to speak to hotel manager. Overall an awful experience on otherwise great visit to Rome.
