We have spent 1 week at residence Olivium and what an amazing place - first the drive there through hills and narrow roads and there it is, the beautiful olive agri turismo, beautiful view from the land, a very nice pool and a cosy, modern and well maintained small apartment - we had our own small terasse where we had all meals, the kitchen was just enough for simple cooking. The a/c was plesant to use as this was July and temperatures outside were above 30 ;-)

And Nicola and his staff are very friendly and accomodating - definately not the last time we will stay there.

Stunning location with 360 degree views and comfortable, well appointed accommodation, this is the ideal place to relax for a bit and/or use as a base for explorations onto the beautiful surrounding countryside. Nicola is a welcoming and thoughtful host (with perfect English) and the pool is a real bonus. Research the local restaurants, car recommended.

Two nights on a nice teerrace surrounded by olie trees, immersed in the silence of nature having a breathtaking view ofer mediterranean sea.
The structure is brand new, fully furnished, comfortable and offering solariums, rest areas and a nice swimming pool.
An expert olive oil maker offers you insights on olive trees cultivation and oil processing including key learnings about how to taste and value extra virgin olive oil.
Restaurants in the area are outstanding, there you can taste a variety of local food in a way you probably never did in your life before.
Strongly recommended for a peaceful evasion from urban stress and as base to reach all main attractions of the area such as 5 terren, Elba island, Lerici and many others.

Great spot on the way to Firenze. Good advices for visiting Cinque Terre, nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed and the room full of mosquitos, but easy to kill and not agressive. Bed clean, room well prepared, just missing the breakfast, which wouldn't be too difficult to set-up/deliver.
Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 days as a party of 7 in 2 seperate 2 bedroom apartments, both were well equipped and spotlessly clean. Nicola and his team were great, friendly and helpful with a supply of espresso and always a smile!
This is a beautiful place to stay with amazing views but you do need a car to reach local restaurants and bars, (the only negative) the Olivium operate a shuttle to La Spezia in the morning and a collection in the evening at very reasonable rates, this was a godsend! Thank you Nicola!

The location is rural and suited to couples and adults, nice pool but nothing for younger children and you do need to be quiet in the evenings, this is not a criticism just an observation and hopefully good advice.

Would certainly recommend a stay at the Olivium to anyone who wants to tour the Cinque A Terre and La Spezia. Beautiful Villa in a beautiful part of Italy, you will not be disappointed!
