We had a superb week at Bocaddon. The house and garden were perfect for our young family (aged 4 and 2). Having 2 ensuite rooms was wonderful. The pool was amazing and we often had it to ourselves. The owners Alison & Nick made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The location is ideal for Looe and the coastal path. We also had great excursions to Porthfell animal sanctuary and the seal sanctuary at Gweek. We will certainly be back.
My wife and I stayed at Bocaddon B&B for 3 nights in May of this year. The location is ideal, handy for Looe and Polperro and assorted other Cornish attractions. The room we had (Lavender) is spacious with a fabulous en-suite. the bed was comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. In the morning we had a very good breakfast which set us up for the day. Our hosts were absolutely charming and had many good suggestions for eating out and where to visit. There is a covered swimming pool in the extensive grounds. I would go back if I was in the area.
This cottage was gorgeous. The whole place was so clean and welcoming. Little extras were put around the cottage for us for Christmas
The pool is lovely and this is so highly recommended.
You won't be disappointed by this cottage!!
It is quiet, clean and really nicely fitted out.
Bocaddon Farm is easy to find and is a short drive from Looe. We stayed as a family for 3 nights bed & breakfast in the double and twin rooms, which were very comfortable and clean. Alison was always very welcoming and friendly. There was a good selection for breakfasts and all freshly cooked to order. The indoor heated swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for our children who enjoyed a swim before and after sightseeing. Great base for visiting the Eden Project.
Would certainly recommend this bed & breakfast to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Cornwall.
We stayed here for a week in May. We stayed in Katie's cottage which was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Settee and chairs could perhaps do with updating but that aside we were very comfortable. The grounds are fantastic and the children spent many hours on the huge trampoline (no net so not great for really little ones) and tree swing. The pool was open 10am-6pm, lovely and clean.
Arriving to scones, clotted cream, jam and fresh milk was a lovely touch.
There isn't anything within walking distance but Looe and Polperro are only 7 miles away.
We had breakfast in the farmhouse one day which was delicious, cost £30 for 2 adults and 2 children.
We would definitely recommend this venue, especially as it is exceptional value.
