Staying here at present. My partner booked with Air bnb. Couldn't wish for a better place to stay as our first time with Air bnb. Welcoming couple who are lovely. We are staying in a double room overlooking the nature reserve. A very clean and tidy household with a friendly obedient dog.

Leaflets and books available for ideas of what to do whilst here or just solitary walks along the empty beaches. Hoping to
see a few deers and just maybe the Northern lights.

Tea and coffee facilities with a bowl of fruit in your room plus toiletries and towels in the nicely decorated toilet/shower area. In fact everywhere is nicely decorated. There is a room downstairs in the main part of the house that is used for the guests having breakfast. A choice of cereals and toast are offered.

It's a great place to stay and glad it was
our first. The pictures on the Air bnb don't do it justice.

Good luck with your venture Nicci & Philippe.

Beautiful bed and breakfast, very modern and comfortable. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean.Breakfast was very good and very filling. Will definitely go back and would recommend. 2 min walk from b& bs and your on the beautiful beach there is also nature reserve, only a 10 minute drive takes you into montrose also not to far to go to Arbroath! Also stopped Lunan bay beach..

This is a lovely B & B in a beautiful location in the nature reserve just off the beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts, with lots of useful information about where to visit and to eat. Clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Tasty breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Have been coming to Montrose for many years and the cliffs and beach of St Cyrus has been a favourite spot to visit. This B&B is right in the middle with great views of the sea/dunes etc. Although building is old it he interior is modern and bedrooms are fully appointed with comfortable beds etc. Also excellent breakfast with friendly host. Thoroughly recommend. If weather good - say clear sunny day can think of nothing better than a stay here and a stroll or even 2 or 3 strolls along the beach.

We stayed here on our honeymoon with my husband for one night. We were able to book just a few days before, and were very pleased with our stay. The room on the ground floor was clean, well presented with a modern bathroom. We were greeted with a warm welcome, Our host was very informative about the local area, and the cooked breakfast was very good. There is a nice up hill walk from the B&B to St Cyrus, where you can get food and beer at the local pub, passing lots of beautiful scenery of the North Sea coastline.
