We really loved this hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Good restaurants and bars are nearby. The staff was lovely and the room was very nice. Soft bed and good shower. The first day we got free breakfast. Very good price per night. Highly recommended!

going back to this city after 26 years is quite exciting so I chose a hotel near the city center. I booked City Centre Hotel via booking.com. I requested for airport pick up but no one picked me up even if I agreed with their taxi cost of 15 USD. I needed a taxi because I am going to an important meeting that same day. After my meeting, a friend dropped me off at the hotel and I found out that the hotel is located in a very busy street near bars and shops. Anyhow, I already booked. The reception told me to pay extra amount which I just paid because it is already around 8 pm and I needed to sleep. The room is very small with no exhaust and windows can not be opened. The pillow cases were stained and somewhat smelly. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful which made it better even if the hotel is not that great. After walking around the area, I found out that there are better options within that vicinity. So next time I will tray another hotel.

I found myself in a smelly room with no windows. Understand it was only US$20, so the price can be considered reasonable for what has been offered.

However, the pictures are completely misleading. They indicate that these are large and spacey rooms. I can assure you, there anything but.

So if you’re prepared to stay in a cardboard box next to the city center and you’re on a low budget this hotel is for you. But don’t expect anything more.

So for $20 a night I can’t complain too much, but I had expected better, and I wouldn’t stay here again. First when I arrived I was told I needed to pay 10% more than what I had booked online (which directly contradicts my online booking agreement), and I just paid it because I was tired and wanted to go to sleep. The photos online make this hotel look sparkly clean and brand new, so I was surprised to find a tiny, dingy room. There was nowhere I could open my suitcase on the floor the room was so small. The shower had a disgusting amount of mold growing in the door frame. On the plus side, the staff was friendly for the most part (though there were frequent language barrier issues), and the breakfast was good (if you don’t mind the tuk tuk drivers who literally stood outside the front door and watched me eat breakfast every morning, waiting for me to leave the hotel). You can find better places to stay around town.

Sorry for delay. 1. Yes we have Elevator to all floors. 2. Hotel rates do not include Airport transfer> We have rates for both room only or Breakfast included. The only exception is our Family & Friends 2 bedroom suite which can sleep up to 8 adults. Its room only but a good selection of a la carte Menu items from $4 (including drink)
