I stayed at this hotel two nights because it was organized by my tour agent. These were the things I liked and disliked:

Pros:

Service staff, at the front desk, restaurant, room service were excellent. They aimed to please.
The room was spacious and very clean.
Hotel was in a convenient location.

Cons:

Air-condition in the room did not work properly. When I turned the air-condition, TV went on instead. I gave up on the air-condition and slept in the hot room.

TV had either no signal or a blurry channel in Burmese or Chinese. No English or any other European language could be heard.

There was no hot water kettle in the room. Instead, they provided a thermos. I had to leave at 5.00 in the morning and it was not possible to make a cup of coffee. Even the coffee provided was 3 in 1 type packets with sugar & creme added. For people who did not take sugar it was not suitable. There was a packet of green tea, but nothing else.

The restaurant of the hotel was not very versatile. The only thing I ordered, Tea leaf salad was very salty. There was only beer no wine what so ever.

Breakfast served was also not suitable for western tourists.

The hotel seemed to cater more to Chinese tourists, and western tourists may be pretty dissatisfied here.

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. The rooms are cleaned. The staffs are very nice n friendly. They also have awesome breakfast n excellent room services. The hotel is also closed to everything. Also they have amazing food for room service. Highly recommended this hotel if you are ever in Yangon. 👍👍👌👌 thank you for amazing hospitality n always welcome everyone with a big smile.

The room was very clean and they also turned the air conditioner on since it was extremely hot before arrival, the staff members didn't speak much English but they are very friendly and tried their best to help. They provide free breakfast and hotel is not far from street market that you can tour a bit at night. Overall it was a lovely stay!

A good place of hotel. Especially chinese guest are go there. Infront of hotel, a lot of restaurant . Bad room are good. Good service . Good quality. But no swimming pool. No gym. So near to downtown .

First visit to Myanmar. This hotel sums up the welcome we have recieved. Friendly attentive staff, good accommodation and excelent food. We left luggage here when ee travelled to Taungu for three nights . On our return it was waiting for us in our room. The views ovet Yangon from our 7th floor room were stunning.
