I stayed at the Boot for 2 nights. Its very close to Chungmuro station which is very convenient for Seoul sightseeing. The room and the bathroom was very clean and the owner was very friendly. The food such as cup noodles and bread in the kitchen, were prepared so you can eat it anytime. I really recommend this place to stay. Im sure I will stay there again next time I go to Seoul.
The Boot was one of the most fantastic experiences we had . The guesthouse was tremendously well organized and clean, thanks to the many rules all the guest have to accomplish during their stay. The decoration is awesome and no detail was left behind. More than that, the owner, Peter is a fantastic guy, who speaks a fantastic english. He was always ready to help and give informations: he knows everything about Seoul and was always available to give us some help - for example, for making a call or to make a reservation. He is a trustable person, someone that you really can trust on. With his support, and the support of the rest of the team, you feel like home and that is the best thing you can feel when you are traveling away. In the kitchen you can find all the tools and equipments you need and free coffee, drinks and snacks (in big quantity and with very good quality). Free water machine was available in all floors. Although we were in a guesthouse, as we choose a private room, we had great privacy. It was a very positive experience and one the best concepts I have seen in guesthouses. The location is also very convenient: 1 minute walking to the subway entrance. It is also very close to Myeongdong - 15 mins walking and or one subway station. I will definitely stay here again. I deeply recommend The Boot. Congratulations Peter for the fantastic job you are doing.
I stayed for 3 nights in the boot.
It was such a memorable experience because the room was really nice and comfortable, with affordable price too. Every room has around 6 beds and each bed has its own cabinets to store ur valuables. And every room has its own shower place which is convenient because you don't have to walk out from your room.
The kitchen itself is very nice, they prepared a big table. I met some nice people from Malaysia, Japan and China while having my coffee there.
The guesthouse also provided biscuits, tea, juices, coffee, bread and instant noodles. For Free. lols, It's the first time i stayed in such a nice guesthouse.
The owner Mr Peter Kim was very helpful to be asked about directions and a very nice person in general.
Super recommend this place for those who travel alone or with friends to have a great stay.
This is my first time to stay at the guesthouse..and this wonderful staying experience give me the confidence to try the other guesthouse in the world. Though compare with the hotel, it's no luxurious, it's give me very different feeling...the feeling is absolutely let me have a feel to come and stay here again.
The guesthouse room are clean and spacious, good wifi at room & public area, well-equipped kitchen (milk & juice at the refrigerator and the cup noodles on the cabinet are feel free to drink & eat all the time) - feeling very seemed like when I at home, many Korea travel books and info leaflets on the racks, the guestroom location is extremely convenience which very close to the Chungmuro Station (can easily to go different sightseeing spots.).
Stayed there for one night, room was spacious and all basic necessities were provided. Near Chungmuro and with airport limousine service. A great pantry with a variety of breakfast provided. The only thing lacking was a TV to watch Korean programs. But for shopaholics who doesn't care about whether having the TV a not, it actually doesn't matters.
