The loft room says there’s a sofa sleeper, queen bed and king bed. The hotel photos don’t show the additional regular bed. Is the description right? Thank you.

My personal experience during a short stay in this hotel in the Chinatown district of Singapore was one of the best I had. Firstly, I simply love the theme (minimalist-urban-industrial). Then the lovely reception, Ms. Dias, was very kind to make sure that the room was fully prepared during check-in. She was also very pleasant to speak with. The room smelled so nice, clean and everything pristinely done including crisp bedsheets. Location of the single room with window was in a quiet section of the hotel far from the street noise. The cleaning person also was very helpful in providing me an iron/board speedily. Fast wifi/internet, english news channels (RT and DW), ample room warm lighting, lots of hot water for shower and very clean toilet & shower. Last but not the least is it’s very convenient location just a block away from the Metro and from the myriad of restaurants that surround the area. I would not hesitate returning to this hotel again on my next trip.

Mono chrome!
Clean!
Chinatown!
Good location!
However, we got a room without a window... which made the room feel a bit like a cell. I appreciate that some of the rooms with windows are more noisy, but at least we would have appreciated to be informed and asked before we came to the room...

I stayed here for just one night last week I transferred to another hotel because they gave me a very small room. Don’t believe the photos posted online because they editted it. The room is so small that I cannot put my on the floor.

The service is bad. The chinese receptionist is racist. He let me waited in front if him because he is doing something else and he smiles to a fellow Chinese and frowns at me. I am a business traveler every month I traveled to USA CANADA AND ASIA and this is the worst service I ever had.
DONT STAY HERE THERE ARE A LOT OF HOTELS IN SIGAPORE THAT IS MORE DECENT THAT THIS.

This was an impromptu 1 night stay and I chose this property as it was having a generous offer for their rooms. I booked their standard room and I am pleased to say that it was clean and was well maintained. Check in was smooth and fast. Loved the simplicity of the rooms. Just take note that their rooms are small but cosy. Highly recommend this hotel as it is wallet friendly.

The hotel is located in Chinatown and about a half hour walk to the Gardens by the Bay. The room was clean with a reasonable amount of room with two double beds. The room was on the interior of the building with a window that opened onto a central light well.

Bottles of water were provided in a little fridge ad two power points were next to each bed. The bathroom was clean though small and the shower had two heads which provided a decent water pressure. We did run out of hot water one morning and had to wait a while for the water to heat up.

Everyone on the front desk was helpful and we were able to leave our bags for the day when we checked out and there was a washroom available so we could get changed before going to the airport.

Hi Teresa, there's a tinted glass door between bedroom and bathroom but sneaking in and out is possible. The transparent door is the one between the shower and the toilet, and no curtain. Hope this helps.
