Great room with views of the mountains that took our breath away.
Friendly staff and breakfast included. Try for a room on the east side of the block for the best views and the morning sun. Always scrupulously clean. Great place to stay.

Have stayed here three times in last two weeks - totalling seven nights. Comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette in living room. Has a safe, TV, and air conditioning in room. Daily cleaning service. Rooms on 5th and 6th floor are quieter. Wifi speed is very good and is free. Reception staff speak some English. Breakfast was included in the $72/night rent. However, continental breakfast choice is limited - bread, ham, cheese, jams, coffee/tea/juice. Good location. Taxi to city centre costs around $4.
I stayed several nights at this small and cozy hotel in Providencia during a very mild winter in Santiago. The rooms are comfortable and spacious for a suite hotel. The kitchen is small, but it allows for small meals to be prepared in the room. The staff at the front desk were all very kind and helpful. The rooms do not have a very good acoustic treatment and one can hear the noise from Eliodoro Yañez street, but I still slept quite well with the windows open. Bathroom facilities are very good and the cleaning lady did an excellent job. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast could be improved with an offering of eggs, for example, but there was fruit, yogurt and bread every morning. The location is very good: safe and nice, one can walk around any time of day and night. The nearby restaurant, Antojeria, prepares excellent meals. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.
The apartment building is located on a smaller side street so the street does not get much traffic. However you can still hear the noise from vehicles on the neighbouring busier streets. It is about a 10 minute walk to a Main Street where there are metro stations for the subway system. There are many restaurants and mini marts within walking distance. The units have a separate bedroom, bathroom and a common kitchen/living room area. They are compact but comfortable. There is a fridge, burner, microwave and necessary cutlery/ plates, etc. so basic meals can be prepared and eaten. Breakfast is basic but okay with cereal, toast, juice, yogurt, ham and cheese. Staff at the front desk do a good job. Check in and check out worked well. Everyone was respectful and accommodating. We did have some issues: The air conditioner is located in the bedroom so there is quite a temperature difference between the rooms. The air conditioner also made a loud noise when it started up and it always woke us up. The people above us would arrive in their room between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. We could hear every step they took for the next 1-2 hours. When we arrived in the room we had to call housekeeping as both garbages had not been emptied.. We also did not have any dish soup, dish towels, etc. When we booked the room we asked for a few changes due to allergies. These were not done so it ended up we slept only with a sheet and used the toss cushions for the living room as pillows.
