It was wonderful experience staying at Ibis Style, Siem Reap, the location of the hotel is at best, staff was very friendly and the General Manager took care of our needs, Room size is perfect, very clean and i strongly recommend to all my friends and family to stay at Ibis Styles as when they tour to Siem Reap
the hotel its is new and very well located, near to the night marke, with heaps of restaurants to chose, the room it is small, as usual for ibis.
the hotel staff are friendly and help you with whatever they can
A nice cute property looks relatively new hotel, very well maintained, booked an inter connected room. Nice rooms. View from the room is very bad. Breakfast nothing great for a vegetarian. Hotel is centre of the town close to happening place. Pub street night market are all walking distance
I just spent 4 nights at the hotel. I have stayed at Ibis Styles hotels in other cities and just stayed at one of them for the second time in Bangkok and will shortly be going back for a third time. I also stay at Novotels and in the past Sofitels so I like what Accor does.
Here the rooms are quite small and as I travel solo I am not sure how two people manage in a room this small but obviously they do. The design of the rooms is good with in my view a few design errors like the way the shower door opens. Awkward.
However, my greatest objection was the well meaning staff at the front desk where I feel I got continual excuses over minor things. I never felt a manager was there overseeing their activities. Despite the above it is suitable moderately privced hotel in the middle of all the action.
We stayed here for 4 nights while we explored Anghor Wat. The staff and service were good and the room and facilities were excellent. The pool on the roof was a nice place to relax after seeing the temples during the hot days. Location is ideal near pub street and old local market.
