MY STAY EXPRIENCE WITH HOTEL FURAAT INN AHMEDABAD
the worst hotel to stay with.
i had worst experience of my life staying with this hotel.
i had booked furrat inn well in advance (dated 28th july 2017) for my brother in law who had come from mumbai to ahmedabad to attend my niece marriage from 1st of dec 2017 to 5th of dec 2017
i had paid gst on 18th nov 2017 in advance of rs 2035/- (reciept number 498) and paid advance for my guest breakfast on 01st dec 2017 of rs 2000/- (reciept number 8)
i had instructed the sales manager and front desk staff to provide them with breakfast as i have paid advance and if any else apart from breakfast has to be paid by guest on cash basis.
what this manager did was they deducted the price of eatable which was odered by guest at 5 pm (evening) as breakfast of morning to earn more from me as price of breakfast.
when i went on 5th dec 2017 (time 10 pm night) to settle my pending (if any)
i was surprised to find 2 to 3 billed to me in name of breakfast taken by my guest, and more surprising the time of bill was 5 pm)
when i inquried about why the hotel has charged me for the bill raised at
5 pm in name of breakfast, manager got angry and shouted at me saying “ app paisa dedo varna hum apke guest se vashol kardege”
when i called there sales manager as he was not in hotel , he also started shouting on phone saying “mene apke itna room dena me adjust kiya to kya app isko adjust nahi kar sakte “
this two staff members were very rude for ha;f an hour with me which i never expected from such a reputed hotel or from hotel industry.
i am posting this to make awareness to other friends of mine and my well wishers and who ever reads this and be secure dealing with such kind of hotels
even i am ready to talk to any of the owner of this hotel if they really are intersred in knowing what exactly happened and what i faced.
all the staff member of that hotel know my name and even have my mobile number
