Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay at ITC Windsor. We appreciate the time taken to write such a wonderful review. As rightly said by you, ITC Windsor is an iconic hotel of Bengaluru and a distinguished address in the heart of the state capital. The hotel is architecturally styled on the British regency era, set within an ambience reminiscent of the halcyon days of the British Raj. People are our greatest assets and your appreciation and generous words of encouragement for the team, especially Shefali, Mumtaz and Sunil would go a long way in inspiring and motivating each of us to deliver Service Par Excellence to all our discerning guests. Thank you for your words of appreciation for our culinary offerings and hospitality. Thank you, as my team and I eagerly look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best regards, Manas V. Not having been to Bengaluru before, we didn't know what to expect. It is a bustling city, said to be the pub capital of India, but it is not a destination for tourists. The ITC Windsor Hotel saved our four-day visit from being a total disappointment, however. We had pre-paid our room and, on check-in, were informed we had been upgraded to a better room with garden access, were given access to the private lounge with two hours of complimentary drink and food each evening, and a 15% discount on other food and drink. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff excellent and the two-hour daily "happy hour" in the private lounge the cherry on the cake. The only slight criticism is that we asked how much it would be for the hotel car to take us to the market district and were quoted the equivalent of £18, which we thought expensive. Outside the hotel, however, the same car was available at just £4.
