The resort is a small enclave of chalet type buildings with large rooms and large beds. The setting is perfect - lots of greenery and a sensible layout to the pathways etc. The rooms were clean and the furniture was fit for purpose. Beds comfortable and a good size.
Breakfast was good and fit for purpose. Some on Trip Advisor have complained about it, but I had not problem with it. Fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, coffee, fruit juice, cooked breakfast etc etc - what more do you want?
Some have also complained about water pressure, but this was not a major problem. Sometimes it slowed down, sometimes it sped up - but it was wet and it was flowing - what more do you want?!
The location is about 2 miles away from central Hua Hin so is very quiet. The surrounding roads have many massage places and a few bars (which are also quiet).
Access to central Hua Hin - where it all happens - is easy enough. Catch a 'tuk tuk bus' from just outside the hotel and for 20p each you can be in Hua Hin within 10 minutes. It is not walkable.
If you want to walk to a bar, try Surf and Sand (about 200m from Supatra) or Take 5 (about 500m). Take 5 has a pool table, table tennis and serves good food.
This place is perfect if you want to stay in a very quiet location away from it all. If you want to be within walking distance of bars, clubs, and more lively entertainment, I would advise central Hua Hin.
