Well designed hotel , lots of casual seating places inside. We paid extra for sea facing room with balcony, which had lovely views over the well maintained gardens and pool, with the sea in the background. We were there in the winter, unfortunately the sea facing rooms face North, however the room was large, with excellent bathroom.
The food was buffet style and perfectly adequate, the staff very friendly. Unfortunately in winter only one restaurant open. Pleasant walk through the garden on to a promenade and then down a paved walkway to the beach. Two small comments, a coffee/tea machine in the bedroom would have been nice, also.poor selection of cocktails, base alcohol was fine but just adding some syrup was not very imaginative. Overall a good two week holiday.
It was a nice experiance in nice relaxing place.the staff was polite and the room was comfortable as well.
Regarding the food and drink, there were various dishes and it was mostly tasty. Also the hotel located beside the beach and has lots of activities you can do.
We arrived closed to 6pm at the hotel, the surrounding was dark given the time and it is winter. Hotel lobby was impressive, bright, spacious, plenty of seating area with plush sofas, high chairs etc. Room was well decorated, modern, just the right amount of lighting to feel cozy and a reading light by the bed. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the hotel, the bed room. Spacious wardrobe, comfortable bed, towels folded nicely in the bathroom, very clean and well maintained in the entire room.
We were delighted by the buffet spread for both dinner (with couple of hot stations and seafood which is rare in Tunisia) and breakfast. Great stay, wished I could stay more than a night.
I stayed here in low season solo. It was almost all couples and mostly retired people. I felt a little out of place as big hotels are not normally my thing, I find them cold and a bit fake. But this hotel totally flipped the script! First, The people who work there are genuinely friendly. Not just in a “ I have to serve you so I’m going to be nice“ kind of way, but in a genuine smile and happy to see you way. Two people completely blew me out of the water. The first was Titi who greeted everyone who walked into the dining room in their own language. He is not only masterful in language, he is an incredibly good person. He is funny and made me feel at home yet so special. He is an asset to that hotel and they are incredibly lucky to have someone who is so talented in everything that they do.
The second was Ali who worked in the dining room. We could barely communicate with each other but he always put a smile on my face. I was there for three nights and when I arrived for dinner the second night, he had arranged a swan sculpture of napkins and a candle on my table! It was the coolest thing! The third night he arranged my table with two more napkin birds and an assortment of fresh flowers. Who does that?? It was the sweetest thing and it meant so much to me! What a wonderful man!
As a female solo traveler who has traveled all over the world, I have always found big hotels to be impersonal. This hotel is the exception. I have never felt more welcomed and more genuinely seen than here. Thank you for making my stay so memorable💕
Really disappointed by the service !
We made a booking for 2 triple room ( 2 adults and 1 child) for each room , unfortunately 1 of the rooms have 2 single bed and 1 baby bed , and our son is 6 years old knowing that we make the booking with 6 years child . So we asked the reception to change the baby bed , and we get confirmation that the issue will be fixed , after 6 hours we came back to the room we find the same baby bed so I called the reception again they said the hotel is full and no bed available to change .
Another issue the animation is very poor is made by maya club !
The service on food and beverage very slow and with all inclusive offer they dont have enough drinks only a few of choice
My worst experience in Tunisian hotels .
