Had 2 nights here. Were lucky enough to stay in the room looking out to sea. Large room, clean, fantastic view, as it was Ramadan the price was great. Hardly any other people staying. Great coffee down stairs. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Would definitely recommend.

If you are thinking of a perfect place to stay in - look no further. This is it. I had a room with a stunning view of the blue sea and the Greek island of Kastellorizo. The staff was extremely friendly and treated me like a dear friend. The cleaning service was very thorough. Anything you ask for is done immediately. It's one of the only hotels in Kas which has it's own beach - and swimming is so nice and safe. I want to say big thank you to hotel director, Mr. Firat for all your kindness. Thank you to Berna and Esra and reception. Everyone at the restaurant. You are doing an exceptional job and Kas Otel is a real paradise. I will count days to return again.

we stumbled upon this hotel quite by accident. and luckily for my husband and myself they had a room free for a few nights. Fabulous room, stunning view, and friendly helpful staff. The hotel just a couple of minutes from Kas center but quiet and relaxing.
excellent value for money
We plan to return later in the year.

I was traveling down the coast with a friend and we needed a room for the night. We didn't have a reservation. We checked out a few hotels that were on the same road. They didn't have a view, were small, and dark. We went across the street and asked the man at the Kas Otel to show us one of their rooms. They were a bit more pricey, but we were able to get an enormous room right on the water. It had windows spanning the entire room. We had a table and refrigerator. We slept with the window open and listened to the waves crash against the rocks. I woke up in the am and was able to go for a morning swim! They have a ladder that you can use. I was there last September and I promised myself that I would write a review and am finally getting to it. I would definitely ask to see the room before you book. I can not speak to the views from the other rooms. I would give it a five, but the wifi at the time was not working very well and the breakfast was not as good as some of the others we had during our trip. I forget his name now, but there was a gentleman that carried our bags to and from our room and was very helpful. Thank you!

We chose this hotel because it was directly on the Sea and very close to the center of Kas. We were not disappointed because we had a sea view with a small balcony from which we watched the sunsets both nights that we were there. They have a sundeck from which you can climb or dive into the sea. However be aware that the service while friendly is just average, the breakfast is minimal, and all sorts of things don't work (hot water faucet in the sink for one). Our room was also not cleaned after the first night. It all depends what you are looking for and what you will pass up to get it.
