Probably the best hotel I've stayed at in Shah Alam. Just check in yesterday (14 May 2017). Will stay here until Saturday (20 May 2017) for business trip.
So far, the room was spacious and very clean and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The hot water and water pressure in the shower is impressive. Every person on the hotel staff is professional, friendly, and helpful.
The swimming pool also super cool!!!

Wonderfull Hotel. Nice n clean of room, also superb nice view, Friendly greetings, great service, staff followed up properly with any request, great setup, and decor. Love the atmosphere. I would definitely come back when I have the chance. Special thanks to Chef Faizal for always checking up on me during breakfast or whenever he passes by me. Seen him did the same with lots of other guests as well which is very nice of him. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

This is my first time staying in Shah Alam, and my experience in Acappella Suite Hotel has been fantastic. Amazing people, decent restaurant, and everyone was extremely nice and helpful any time I had questions. It's a new hotel, so there're still kinks to be ironed out, but no issues there. The rooms are as advertised - big, very clean and comfortable, and each one comes with its separate kitchen and living room, giving one the feel of staying in a service apartment. The gym is spanking new, and on the rooftop there are a number of Yoga balls which I took the opportunity to use during my stay here.
Location wise, the hotel is sited some distance from the centre of Shah Alam in Sekysen (Section) 13, but it's close to the highways and thus an easy jaunt by cab from the hotel to other parts of KL. It is also located within walking distance to Giant Hypermarket, Shah Alam Stadium, Shah Alam Xtreme Park, streetside food stalls and restaurants, etc so there are things to be explored once you go deeper into the street level.
Very good experience. I would recommend a stay here for anyone staying in Shah Alam.

the most comfort and complete room I've ever had so far. the breakfast delicious especially the omelette. the pool so clean and safe for kids. staff so helpful and the parking space moe than adequate.

The environment is spacious and conducive, with a very large bedroom. The lobby is easily accessible, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The lobby itself is nicely designed, featuring a high decorative ceiling. However, the Wi-Fi could use improvement, as it tends to be slow.
