We had a very good experience in the hotel. All the hotel staff - from the food attendants, technical people, supervisor - were always present and ready to help when we needed them. The ambiance is good for seminars since it is quiet and relaxing. The function room is clean and decent. Parking is no problem. Food is so good. Its value for money. Though we did not use any rooms.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. For the price I paid, this hotel was not worth it. The fixtures and furniture are old and worn. The wash basin was cracked. There were no complimentary water nor coffee maker in the room. The only good thing about my stay were the pillows which big and firm.

We regret to hear your concerns and we would like to extend our sincerest apologies that we did not meet your expectations, and for any inconvenience it may have brought you. The concerned departments were informed of these issues and have acted on it accordingly. As for the Complimentary water, we are "Going Green" by reducing the use of bottled water. Instead, every guestroom has a carafe that guest may use, while Hot and Cold drinking water are available in all guest hallways for consumption. Though the Coffee and Tea making facility may not be available in your preferred room type, this is part of the standard room set-up for our Suite Rooms. On the other hand, we are still grateful to hear that you loved the bed set-up, especially the pillows. Plus, sleeping on our chiropractor-approved mattresses that are good for your back will definitely give a relaxing and comfortable sleep. Again, our appreciation for your feedback and we still look forward to welcome you again on your next visit.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with my family. We attended a wedding near the area and since we came all the way from the south we definitely looked for a place we can stay to avoid any hassle. They hotel is clean, the room is spacious. One thing we always make sure before we book our stay is a swimming pool. My kids love to swimming and their rooftop plus city view pool is just perfect. A perfect place to stay within your budget...

We had a good stay.. LOcation is very accessible to my guests...The room was clean and organized...The staff are very friendly and accommodating...And the food in breakfast wow so masarap,i love the danggit..I love the service and the smiles of ms.jessica, ms.faith and mr. marvin in the restaurant...
And the function room,was very big and I love the decoration it amazed me.nasunod talaga sa theme ng party...I am very thankful to Ms. Aubrey who's been there to help me and giving me some ideas in decorations kahit na medyo makulit na ako minsan,napakacalm pa rin nyang kausap, and also to her team Vhon,Adrian,Aaron,Jude,Clyde and J.C...You guys made a very good job...Congratulations
and keep up the good work....I hope one day we could see each other again..

Since day 1 of booking up until check in, it was a disaster!

REASON for Booking: Birthday Celebration

First I initially inquired about the rates and they assisted me however they keep on transferring me from 1 person to another (eg. I initially inquired at the reception, but they transferred me to talk to their sales Agent and the sales agent transferred me to their Sales Manager. )

Second. Finally my booking is now confirmed for 2pax!
When we were about to check in around 3pm. I gave my company I.D at the front desk and the receptionist insisted that I was only booked for 1pax therefore I to pay additional for extra pax. Seriously? I told her that I got an email confirmed that my booking is for 2 pax. The sales Manager even confirmed that I am booked for two. Funny because the receptionist checked their system and realized she was wrong and apologized for giving me a confusion and misinformation.

Third. This is the "Worst" it was my bday. I chose the hotel thinking that I will be able to celebrate it pleasantly. I understand that there's a pool policy however I told the staff that we will ONLY be blowing the candles for "pictorial purposes". We don't have a match handy, so I asked the staff if they have any. This is how they response "MA'AM, PASENSYA NA PO, WALA PO KASI KAMING POSPORO EH, OR LIGHTER, IBA PO KASI ANG GINAGAMIT NAMIN SA KUSINA"! From that moment my heart broke.

Fourth. It was our second day at the hotel. We were about to take advantage of the pool, unfortunately it was still closed (07:30 am). The pool should be open from 7 AM to 9 PM. Please note that the pool is at the rooftop. So we have to go back to our room in the second floor to call the front desk and inquire about the Open hours of the pool. They simply said they will open it.

Fifth, we ordered a pasta and we are advised that it will be delivered for like 5-10 minutes. The pasta arrived after 25 minutes.

Lastly, I am about to check out. I asked the person/staff that opens the door if they can call a taxi and I was amazed with his response "WALA MA'AM eh, GRAB LANG DITO", in that Tone and looked at me from head to foot. I was like This is how they Treat their customer? FYI I am having severe headache at that moment reason why I am asking him if they can call a taxi for me.

By the way, there's no water in the Room/ You have to go at the Hall way and look for the water dispenser.

The only thing that I can commend in the hotel is the Food/Millie's! The foods are delicious. Period!

Overall, I am not Happy with my Stay!
