Since day 1 of booking up until check in, it was a disaster!
REASON for Booking: Birthday Celebration
First I initially inquired about the rates and they assisted me however they keep on transferring me from 1 person to another (eg. I initially inquired at the reception, but they transferred me to talk to their sales Agent and the sales agent transferred me to their Sales Manager. )
Second. Finally my booking is now confirmed for 2pax!
When we were about to check in around 3pm. I gave my company I.D at the front desk and the receptionist insisted that I was only booked for 1pax therefore I to pay additional for extra pax. Seriously? I told her that I got an email confirmed that my booking is for 2 pax. The sales Manager even confirmed that I am booked for two. Funny because the receptionist checked their system and realized she was wrong and apologized for giving me a confusion and misinformation.
Third. This is the "Worst" it was my bday. I chose the hotel thinking that I will be able to celebrate it pleasantly. I understand that there's a pool policy however I told the staff that we will ONLY be blowing the candles for "pictorial purposes". We don't have a match handy, so I asked the staff if they have any. This is how they response "MA'AM, PASENSYA NA PO, WALA PO KASI KAMING POSPORO EH, OR LIGHTER, IBA PO KASI ANG GINAGAMIT NAMIN SA KUSINA"! From that moment my heart broke.
Fourth. It was our second day at the hotel. We were about to take advantage of the pool, unfortunately it was still closed (07:30 am). The pool should be open from 7 AM to 9 PM. Please note that the pool is at the rooftop. So we have to go back to our room in the second floor to call the front desk and inquire about the Open hours of the pool. They simply said they will open it.
Fifth, we ordered a pasta and we are advised that it will be delivered for like 5-10 minutes. The pasta arrived after 25 minutes.
Lastly, I am about to check out. I asked the person/staff that opens the door if they can call a taxi and I was amazed with his response "WALA MA'AM eh, GRAB LANG DITO", in that Tone and looked at me from head to foot. I was like This is how they Treat their customer? FYI I am having severe headache at that moment reason why I am asking him if they can call a taxi for me.
By the way, there's no water in the Room/ You have to go at the Hall way and look for the water dispenser.
The only thing that I can commend in the hotel is the Food/Millie's! The foods are delicious. Period!
Overall, I am not Happy with my Stay!
