We tried out this campsite as we heard good things...were we wrong! First off, the staff is very lazy and not very inviting at all! They were always on there phones! The RV sites were way smaller and you are packed in like sardines. Most sites are extremely small. There is only 1 bathroom throughout the entire campgrounds and with kids that was very inconvenient. The wristbands are so not worth it! Most of the stuff was broke or cobbled together. The safari bikes needed severe repair! Almost all had flat tires. The Soccer Dart board the balls didn’t even stick due to it being old. All in all the “Funland” was boring! The kids enjoyed the water slide and pool. Arcade had little amusement for kids. The kids crafts was a joke. Ice Cream social was very disappointing. Very run down campground! Will explore other campsites before we come back here again

Hi Redrockgir or WIDOCJesy, Not sure why there are two names. But perhaps you were at a different campground since we have very spacious wooded sites and have not had an ice cream social this year. Can you tell us what site you stayed on and when you visited?

Went camping with friends of ours. We really enjoyed our stay. We were greeted at check-in with fresh baked cookies. Sites were great and spacious. Kids had to buy activity wristbands which seemed expensive at first but they were kept busy with all of the activities. Pool was nice and clean. Showers and bathrooms were nice and clean. They’re wood was a bit on the pricey side but what are you gonna do. Camp store had ice cream and treats as well as a few things we forgot. It was overall a wonderful stay.

Our only complaint was the bar and grill. Great food. Unfriendly staff and poor service. We haven’t gone to spend money somewhere and it was difficult to do so in a long time. No idea why this was. Usually we give places the benefit of the doubt but we were there both Friday and Saturday nights and service was the same. I can’t remember a time we didn’t tip and this may have been our first. We even had to seek out our own bills. O well. It won’t keep us from camping there again but we’ll think twice about spending our money in the bar. Again, too bad because our fish fries and pizza were excellent.

Give this place a shot. We enjoyed our stay! Bar is the only reason it didn’t get 5 Stars!

Our family just bought our first camper and we chose Pineland Camping Park as our first campground to stay at. We were referred by some friends and we were not disappointed. The owner Jerry was very nice and helped us get into our site and they had some awesome cookies awaiting for us when we checked in! We did stay Monday through Friday so it was definitely quieter than I'm sure it is on the weekend, but there was still plenty to do. The kids loved the Funland, but Pinezilla was definitely their favorite. The pool was nice and the store had a lot of things that we forgot and reasonable prices. Bar was nice as well with a great happy hour. We will certainly be back!

I haven’t been camping in many years and found that Pineland Camping Park was a delightful place to visit (which I have done a few times this summer). Compared to the last time I went camping, there seems to be a lot of activities for young and old alike - from the pool and outdoor games to meat raffles, bingo, ice cream social, and sometimes a band. I understand that ownership of the campground changed hands at the end of June and have heard nothing but good things about the new owners (whom I had the pleasure of meeting). I also met some of the Seasonals who have been impressed with the new owners. The staff was friendly and seem to be happy working at the campground. Amenities (pool, showers, restroom, etc) were very clean (I witnessed the showers and bathrooms being cleaned throughout the day). Bonus: the homemade Smore’s Cookies you receive upon check-in! And..don’t forget the yummy Cinnamon Rolls you can buy (and order ahead of time on) Sunday mornings. I’m looking forward to coming back for the Fireworks display and hearing Hitchville on October 14 and coming back next season. Keep up the good work Pineland!

If you are looking for a place to camp where everyone in the family has something to do, then Pineland Camping Park is perfect for you. Activities for the kids and fun for the adults while themed weekends run throughout the summer. Heated pool, game room, mini golf, basketball and volleyball, horseshoes and a water slide are fun for all. While the adults can partake in and adult beverage at the fully stocked bar. Oh and great food is available as well.
