Our air-conditioning leaked in our room. The hotel chalets are poorly maintained. The toilet was badly stained and even after housekeeping cleaned it was still bad. Looks like the hotel has been heading downhill for many years now. Totally will not recommend this place.

It is undoubtedly a huge disappointment for us as well knowing that it was not a very nice experience with the room cleanliness , faulty air conditioning and toilet issue . We deeply regret the amount of distress you went through during the stay and we cannot be more apologetic over the unfortunate occurrences. We are committed to provide not only quality products and services but also genuine dedication in ensuring that all our guests' experience is an enjoyable and comfortable one. All our rooms will be checked thoroughly again to ensure this doesn't happen in the future, and will increase the beach cleaning frequency to ensure guests can confidently enjoy their precious time with their family on our beach. Our room was infested by large cockroaches. There were visible bed bugs. There was gecko and insect excrement everywhere. The room was so run down and filthy, toilet couldn’t flush. There was used condoms and toilet paper thrown on the balcony area. Terrible stench. Rotting pigeon eggs on the balcony, mold and bad urine stench. Horrible service. Staff are rude, check in took an hour to wait.

It was really unpleasant stay for us in water chalet room 307. I was woken up by dripping water from roof. The roof leaking badly during rain. Called to reception in the morning and will ask maintenance to come and check however no one has attend to us. The room is old and definitely need to renovate. Not recommend to anyone.

Service level was awful, requested the following but no one showed up:
1. To fix faulty safety box
2. New towels
3. Tidy up the room- despite a reminder before we left for early dinner..came back, still nothing happened

Yes not refurbished...hence tired looking...I think they have made minor repairs here n there,,therefore I should think things would be much better now...not perfect but manageable

which type of room has interconnecting room? Is water chalet interconnected ?thanks

As I know, they do not have connecting room. Water Villa is good for 4 as there is a King size bed and Daybed. Or you can consider 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms water villa.
