(A)Need good & quick response ,
(B) need words politely ,
(C)safety material have to provide one extra (D)logical answers to our questions ,
(E) Front desk staff while billing need kindness & for small things avoid arguments ,

Very relaxing, People are very warm and friendly, right from the hotel management till the room service guy... all are down to earth and very supportive.

My Special thanks to Mr. Ganeshram and Mr. Kartikien, both of them were very helpu; and coperative.

The experience was amazing. We were greeted with a beautiful dance upon entry and then fresh coconuts as we had our bags handled and keys to our room. The food was phenomenal. If i ever have to say something small to improve it would be airconditioner to be stronger and colder.

Even though room reserved for me was non-smoking, they decided to put me in a room which was smoking and with mold smell. This happened after a long flight and getting to hotel around 12am. They were courteous to move me to another room but that room was smelling odd from bathroom and had moth balls and incense sticks all over the place to cover the smell. Also had mosquitoes and no way I will recommend this hotel

Had a lay over in Chennai and chose to stay here. Airport pick up and drop of was included in room price as was breakfast. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food was yum πŸ˜‹. Room was clean and quite, would highly recommend.
