I went to Anerada for Easter vacations. The hotel is located at a perfect place and the people that work there are very friendly and willing to help. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic trip and stayed in a room with fireplace, it was amazing. The room was very clean so I extremely suggest to stay at this hotel.

The location is only 5 minutes drive away from the center, direction to the ski center, at the top of a hill with a breathtaking view to the whole city. Just make sure that you have booked a room facing this great view, because there are 2 or 3 rooms from the 12 that they face in the back of the hotel, which is not bad but nothing compare to the other side. There is no lift in this bootique hotel, so be carefull if you really need to use a lift in the hotel. The service is very friendly and always there for you. The breakfast is great with really fresh and tasty local goodys! Inside the room and everywhere in the hotel was hot and clean. I have only good things to remember..Enjoy!

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in February 2013.
On the positive side I will say that the room was warm and there was plenty of hot water.
There was a stocked mini bar in the room and the room itself was spacious.
On the down side the comments are more than I would like.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
There was no duvet but only synthetic blankets.
The pillows were hard and too tall.
The room and the entire hotel has no character at all..it is blunt and boring.
The building itself has no hint of traditional architecture or rather I would say its modern faux local.
The breakfast was unimaginative with bad coffee, cold eggs and canned juice.
The location just in the outskirts of the village is on the positive side.
The hotel advertises that pets are allowed with prior arrangement.
Having talked with the manager before booking the room she said that since my dog is trained and I accept to pay anything he might damage then its ok.
Once we arrived in the hotel I was asked to use the 1.7 meter tall balcony of our room as an entry and exit for my dog! We weren't allowed to use the proper entrance and corridor to our room!
Well hospitality is something that you either have or you don't!
Anerada simply doesn't!

Room Tip: Maybe the suite with the fire place and a view to the village will be a better option.

Response from Anerada, General Manager at Hotel Anerada

Dear customer, than you very much for the time you spent about our hotel. Such comments can only make us better. As a matter of face I would like to inform you about some changes we have already made to improve our company and affect your comments. 1.The blankets have been replaced by duvets covered with duvet-covers. 2.The mattresses have been replaced by new anatomic ones. 3.The pillows have been replaced by new anatomic ones. 4.Breakfast is made of traditional products and all customers are very enthusiastic about it. I refer you to the comments made for us in booking.com 5.As for the dog, only if the pets do not cause trouble and if they are not too big can be accepted in the hotel. Thank you very much again. Nikos(hotel manager)

We went there on a very cold weekend of December. We have booked 3 rooms from which one of the had fire place as extra.
The rooms without fireplace had nothing to do with the pictures. They were big rooms with very small bathrooms but very "cold" from decoration point of view.
The room with the fire place was better.
The worst of all was that on our first night, around 4 in the morning the respondible person of the hotel turned off the heat and outside the temperature was 0 to minus (-1) C.
We could not sleep from the cold. Next day's excuse was that he did that by accident!!!!!!

The breakfast was served again in a very cold dining room without heat. We were eating breakfast with our jackets!!!!!

And at the end, on our second night we asked from him to turn on the fire place on the room that had one as he did the night before. And the answer from the responsible was: "Again?????"

Dear guest, Thank you very much for the interest about our hotel. Such comment will probably help us be much better. First of all I would like to inform you that heat is always turned on and most guest open the windows because the room is rather warm. As for the specific night the problem was technical and has been alread solved. You could have used the aircondition instead. Thank you very much again Nikos(manager)
