Date of stay: February 2013Trip type: Travelled as a couple
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in February 2013.
On the positive side I will say that the room was warm and there was plenty of hot water.
There was a stocked mini bar in the room and the room itself was spacious.
On the down side the comments are more than I would like.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
There was no duvet but only synthetic blankets.
The pillows were hard and too tall.
The room and the entire hotel has no character at all..it is blunt and boring.
The building itself has no hint of traditional architecture or rather I would say its modern faux local.
The breakfast was unimaginative with bad coffee,cold eggs and canned juice.
The location just in the outskirts of the village is on the positive side.
The hotel advertises that pets are allowed with prior arrangement.
Having talked with the manager before booking the room she said that since my dog is trained and I accept to pay anything he might damage then its ok.
Once we arrived in the hotel I was asked to use the 1.7 meter tall balcony of our room as an entry and exit for my dog! We weren't allowed to use the proper entrance and corridor to our room!
Well hospitality is something that you either have or you don't!
Anerada simply doesn't!
Room Tip: Maybe the suite with the fire place and a view to the village will be a better option.

Dear customer, than you very much for the time you spent about our hotel. Such comments can only make us better. As a matter of face I would like to inform you about some changes we have already made to improve our company and affect your comments. 1.The blankets have been replaced by duvets covered with duvet-covers. 2.The mattresses have been replaced by new anatomic ones. 3.The pillows have been replaced by new anatomic ones. 4.Breakfast is made of traditional products and all customers are very enthusiastic about it. I refer you to the comments made for us in booking.com 5.As for the dog, only if the pets do not cause trouble and if they are not too big can be accepted in the hotel. Thank you very much again.
