I had a great time in this hotel. I got a renovated room with a view to the sea and the swimming pool. The staff was very kind and resolved all my request, specially Amel the recepcionist and Max the Animator. The speak pefect english. And they have a nice new spa. I'll be happy to come back.
I do not like to write bad review of the Hotels I stay in but this hotel doesn't have anything good to write about. Well they are beach facing but there are many better options in Nabeul and Hammamet which have beach.
We were here for a business meeting for full day. The internet connection was terrible (which is the basic requirement), the conference room was not air conditioned (it was freezing in the meeting room), the toilet was choked.
Overall a very bad experience. Sorry guys, you need huge improvement.
This hotel is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to! Avoid at all costs!!
It is full of rude ignorant Russians.. it’s like feeding time at the zoo!! On numerous occasions my daughter was pushed out of the way!! The food is disgusting, after the first day we ate out every day.. I paid for 2 weeks all inclusive.. big mistake!! Their own staff don’t even eat the food it’s so bad!! The restaurant is dirty beyond belief!! Waiting times for drinks in an absolute joke.. 20 minutes minimum.. in the August African heat it’s not exactly fun.. staff at the bar are overworked and understandably miserable!!
Nabeul is Beautiful, the people are kind, friendly and welcoming!! Unfortunately this hotel will never attract English tourists more than once.
The toilets are unbelievably dirty!! Completely unsanitary!! So having to walk back to our room to use the bathroom was a pain!!
The hotel was full.. they allow the locals to use the pool and facilities which only added to the misery that was already unbearable..
I was counting down the days after my first 3 days of being there.. Ive never been on holiday and wanted to go home more than I have visiting this hotel!!
Words cannot describe how disgusting this hotel is!!
Animation Team ❤️
These guys are the only positive thing I can say about this hotel..
Max, Hib ou, Donga and the rest of the team were amazing!!
Hard working, friendly, fun and caring!! They were hospitality at its finest.. fun and games in the pool for both adults and children. Music, fun and laughter everyday.
Evening entertainment was brilliant thanks to Max and his team.. they all put in 100% and more.
You guys are absolutely amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my two weeks bearable.. the children and adults truly loved you guys and appreciate all your hard work! I personally will never forget you ❤️
I truly hope you are all blessed with peace, love and prosperity in your life’s.. you really deserve it...
This hotel needs it’s stars taken away completely it’s nothing but a budget filthy hotel. Didn’t even get the seaview room that we had paid for when we checked in, wasn’t even told until we asked ourselves it was late at night and we got told all the other rooms were full bearing in mind the hotel has over 300 odd rooms. We were showed to our room as soon as we opened the door it was stinking sheets were yellow in colour and the pillows stank. I could not sleep in that room even for 1 night went back down to reception got told the same thing rooms are fully booked after a bit of arguing I think he finally understood we weren’t happy got moved to another room with no view but it was okay to sleep in and we were promised a seaview room the next day which we had already paid for, breakfast was standard coffee was nasty!! We got the room we paid for the next day after 2pm it was okay but pillows and covers were still smelly had to put a sheet over them. The next day we tipped the maid to clean our room but she still gave us dirty sheets with stains on them had to go down to reception to get new sheets they said they would send them up 6 hours later we got their standard of clean sheets. If you go half board you have to pay for sun beds on the beach, no drink with your evening meal have to buy 1, food is recycled from the night before and made into another dish. The restaurant smelt like a dirty mop and had vomit on the floor once and none of the staff seemed to be bothered by it. When it rained the hotel switched the water off without letting guests know then there was no hot water for the last 3 days of our stay. Me and my husband both got sick couldn’t keep anything down. No WiFi as advertised and they just don’t care about English people only interested in Russians. Only good thing about the hotel is the animation team, was really glad to leave and will never ever go back worst holiday more like a nightmare!!!!
hello if your English please please do not come to this hotel EVER. I have stayed in plenty of hotels but Les Pyramides is the absolute worst by far. On our arrival we have our holiday paper work and go to reception where there have no clue that we are suppose to be there and we’re told to sit in lobby for nearly 2 hours. In the first 3days we had 4 rooms with a range of problems like leaking toilets, no wardrobe, very unsafe tv bracket, well there are 4 of us and the first room had 3 beds so after complaining to a manager for like 3-4 hours they moved us to a second room which also had 3 beds and after that I lost it completely and we finally got moved to a 3rd room which had 6 beds so at this point I had given up.
Right the next point which is very important to most holiday guests FOOD AND DRINK well because it was mainly Russian guests it was like watching lambs being fed to slaughter there rude, push inline and even pushed my kids out of line to get there food which to be fair was like eating prison food, we gave up on breakfast due to the fact it would take 20 minutes to get them being served by the most miserable women imaginable to be fair I don’t think she would smile if she had wind. Dinner time was just the same but with a added extra MEAT, well more bone and grissle and oh yea the dirty tables I mean table cloths.
Drinks :( we were told it’s all inclusive on arrival we can av a choice of vodka, whiskey, beer, moscat (Tunisian) and a wine so ya I don’t drink any of those drinks all the other drinks are there like martini, rum but guess what u have to pay and not only that u get it served in a small party cup bout 3 inches high and if your lucky u get it in a chipped GLASS, NOT ONLY THAT IT MAY TAKE YOU 30mins to get a drink as the service is absolutely apporling they either walk away from you or don’t understand or the Russians que jump.
The entertainment team were really good the lead entertainer max was a great help due to being able to understand English he could translate for us and what they do at the hotel for quests and kids they should be payed a hell of a lot more and even they eat out so ya food is great here.
So please avoid this place like the plague
And a funny point to the whole place the life guard is called JOKE.
