Firstly, communication with our hosts was great. We arrived around 1 AM, but it they checked us in. Although it was freezing cold outside, they had warmed up our rooms in prior to our arrival. A/C works great. Rooms are clean and cozy, handmade furniture, coathangers, wardrobes, clean sheets and towels that smell great! Showers and toilets for our room in particular were perfectly clean despite shared. Hosts are kind and assistive and speak fluent English. They prepare real homemade breakfast which was really tasty. We were allowed to use the kitchen and cook our NYE dinner and celebrate. Location of the hostel is quite central, close to major sights in the old town.
Definitely recommend the place, it made our visit to the town unforgettable!

The B&B also rents hostel rooms, which we used of one night. We shared the room with four other people (two men and two women) and the beds were fine. The managing couple was really nice, friendly and welcoming. Everything looked clean and taken care of, just like you hope when you enter the B&B. It is perfect for young travelers. Good people, good breakfast, and good showers! They were also happy to answer all our questions and spoke English quite well. We would definitely go back to this B&B if we would come back in Gjirokaster.

We have just visited this small inn.We were in 5, my sister with her husband and myself with my two kids.We had two rooms,a family suite and a deluxe bedroom.
We loved everything about this place,it is clean, quiet and bang in the middle of the old town. The owners are the sweetest people ever, very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was included in the price, everything home cooked, fresh and delicious. We felt pampered and at home.I wish we could have stayed one or two days more but we will definitely visit again and again. If you want to feel home while away from home then visit this place, it will be very difficult to find a better alternative.
