I chose the hotel based on ratings and it being relatively new at only 3 years old. Very well maintained property inside and out. I asked for a view and was not disappointed. Staff from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast host were very good at their jobs. I have a routine of cleaning my entire room with Lysol wipes before unpacking and my room was IMMACULATE. Pool and workout room were great. I took a long walk outside over looking the river valley. All in all, I would stay here any time I'm in the Lewiston region!
This is an isolated spot in South Eastern Idaho, just across the border from Washington state. The river with its far inland shipping port seems to make the town what it is. The hotel is nicely situated way up on the bluff above the river, though the view from the southern facing rooms is pretty dull; just the street. Someday maybe they will comp me a room on the scenic side. There is no hot tub to soak my bad back but the pool is just big enough to swim some short laps.
Everything was perfect, checked in at 6pm, quick check in, staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, a/c worked excellent and the pool was very warm, kids loved it. Will definitely be coming back.
Great staff. Friendly. The room was very nice. Microwave, fridge, AC, Internet, hair dryer, ironing board, iron. Comfy beds. Loved the pool wasn’t too deep for our little one and it stayed open late. 24 hour coffee which we needed, as well as a mini shop for snacks, drinks, meds, etc. Was not expecting it to be this nice. We were very hesitant due to the price of the rooms being 200+ night and prayed it would be worth it. Definitely wish it wasn’t as expensive but it was a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
very clean, comfortable, nice bed, great bedding, great towels, nice pool and hot tub. i would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in lewiston idaho. Compared to other hotels in the area this one is exceptional...
