Nice hotel for the area. The machines in the casino are tight! Not much luck there. The rooms were ok. My room had some issues. My microwave was missing. I had to have the maid come and remake my bed with clean linen. Bathroom wasn't mopped. And my room was missing a desk. So it was limited space to put stuff. But we only stayed one night. So we toughed it out. This hotel from here on out, wouldn't be my first choice... but it wouldn't be my last either... on a scale of 1 to 10.... I would say a 7.
We stopped there on a trip from central Illinois to Alabama. It was a complimentary room but we got a sixth floor river view room. Too bad it was foggy the next morning. The casino was sparsely attended and that made it easy to find unoccupied slots. I actually found a couple that paid out a little. We ate before we got there which was good because the grill was closed as was the buffet.
Staff was friendly, Thursday’s free buffet after earning points was very good. Room was large with view of the river. Plenty of complimentary beverage servers in the casino but beer/cocktails were not complimentary. Slots a little tight but still fun with a wide variety old and new favorites. Smoke free casino a plus.
The room was nice and comfortable, and the pillows were to solt to give my head and neck good support but TV programing was terrible. I was some what disappointed that It was not allowed to use my caesars rewards point to pay on my room and resort fee.
Horrible slot play. Machines were very tight, sucked my money in and laughed in my face. Didn't see anyone winning. Glad I brought a book to read. Did not enjoy our time there. Our room was very dusty.
