All we can advise is its Good Country Hotel.
Centrally located as close to picturesque Robe and near by to Historic Caves to enjoy what the Peninsula has to offer around the area. Stayed for two nights, surprised with the technology at the place during late check-in.
Will not disappoint if anyone choose the place to stay. Pool was great to dip after hot day out.
I had to visit Mayura Station, a full-blood wagyu farm near Millicent and was told that this motel is the best accommodation option in the vicinity.
The building looks old and dated but the interiors are much better. The room is pretty decent and comfortable. The standards are more hostel-type than hotel, but it was a comfortable two-night day.
The Double Room comes with a large bed (with sparkly sequinned cushions no less) and a roomy two-seater sofa. The television set can be adjusted to face the bed and I appreciate the large tabletop counter. Best of all, the room is equipped with a heater as the weather in Millicent (even during springtime) can be chilly at night.
For urbanites (like myself), a ringing may persist in your ear as this sleepy neighbourhood is too quiet. The motel also comes with a pool for those who fancy a swim.
We stayed here for 1 night after attending a party in Millicent. We were very pleasantly surprised room had everything bed was a double though very comfortable swimming pool right outside which would be great in summer. Staff very friendly we have dined at the restaurant last year at a wedding function food is great. Nothing negative at all would highly recommend staying here if your passing through. We would definitely stay again Thank you Sandpipers.
Quite easily the best in Millicent. Have stayed in all motels here as I've been working quite a bit around the area.
This place is easily he nicest. Large rooms with comfy beds and modern essentials.
Pool was clean and feels like your in a resort.
Nice meals from the restaurant and Will the owner was very polite and down to earth.
Negatives) none really, the internet was a bit of pain. Constantly logging you out after 10 or so minutes. I hadn't realised I was using my own data as I thought I was connected. Not really a major issue....
I had one of the newly renovated rooms, which was very nice and comfortable. I was in the back row of units so back from the road, but there was no real traffic to speak of anyway. There was a pool which looked inviting, but it was a bit chilly to try.
The only negative was that it was a Monday night and the restaurant was closed along with most other eating places in town.
