We got a great price on a King Suite. The rooms are a bit outdated, but it’s a nice hotel. Was disappointed we couldn’t check in at 3:45 pm when we got there despite the check-in time of 3 pm at the hotel. They’d apparently had a full house the night before. Not a big deal and we were given a discount on our room, so we were happy. Only waited 10 mins. The breakfast was average. Breakfast potatoes were still frozen. For the price, it was good.
I have stayed here multiple times over the years being from Bismarck. Last stay I left my charger in the room after checkout. Called back 5 minutes after we leave and after verifying my name, room number and charger type was told it would be at the front desk.
Stopped next day and can’t find the charger.
Call the next day and told they will find it.
3 days later I have a manager call me saying they are sorry and will call when it is located.
Nothing for 10 days now after another phone call and sending them another message on fb and fb messenger.
My guess is somebody working there has a nice new charger.
We asked for the room far from freeway and they gave us that but the wi-if wasn’t strong enough for a descent signal. Never could use it. Sadly all I wanted was a hot bath when we arrived but there was no hot water. After reporting the problem they offered to upgrade to a king room suite but we needed two beds and I was afraid of cold water. Despite it all, had a good nights sleep.
I had to stay in the hotel when my mom was having surgery. It was perfect for me and I got a great sleep. The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was clean and the breakfast looked great but I didn't have time to grab anything. Thank you!
Nice & simple hotel. Has everything you need for amenities but isn’t anything overly special. We checked in at 6pm on our arrival date and our room wasn’t cleaned yet. That was kind of annoying seeing as check-in is at 3pm. Good for the deal we got however.
