we cam here for our anniversary. You can't even tell that you are bang in the middle of town. clean, polite staff and i have to say the music is amazing, played so many R&B old Skool track and hiphop.
Thank you to the Lady on reception with the blonder hair. she was so amazing. we asked for a pool view room and she swapped us straight away. there was food in our temporary room when we arrive late in the night.
When booking this holiday all we could say was 1970s. But when we arrived we was greeted and we couldn't believe how nice it was, we loved the music coming in. One thing I would say is that we should have been told to download the app before we arrived but that wasn't an issue.
We asked to move rooms as we wanted a room with a balcony they was happy to move us with no problems.
We was on a Thomas Cook holiday and was out they when the went bust. The staff kept us updated with what was happening. They was very helpful with any info they had to give us.
The Spa was lovely and was a nice break to get away from the sun and the heat.
Movie night was lovely, everyone around the pool watching a latest movie. The music was nice all day.
The room was ideal, for what we needed, a fridge to keep drinks in.
Breakfast was brilliant, hot and cold food.
Would love to come back again, one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in ages.
We Had issues with our first room, next mroning they moved us to another room that suited my friend and I's needs.
Everyone around the hotel is nice and welcoming , breakfast is great. Freshly cooked omlettes.
Cooks Club Crete was incredible! Me and my partner stayed here in September along with 2 friends and we can honestly say that this place caters for everyone thanks to its laid back vibe and flexibility. The hotel is stylish and chic with a great pool area and spacious, fashionable rooms. We opted for the half board option which offers unlimited breakfast (full English, continental, cereals, fruits pancakes etc) plus €20 per day to use of food and drinks. The food is served fresh to order so you are guaranteed a fresh, tasty meal every time. There is so much to choose from, from traditional Greek gyros, moussaka and sloulvaki, to burgers, pasta and Chinese dishes. The staff are great and nothing is every too much to ask. Meeting Erika was the highlight for me, me is amazing and become a friend to us throughout the holiday. She is so fun, helpful and friendly and we will miss her loads- give this girl a promotion!! ❤️👸🏻
On site there is also an escape room and anger room where you can smash stuff up. There is a DJ at the pool from 12pm daily along with evening entertainment including jukebox nights, pool parties and movie nights which is great if you went too hard the night before. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, close to all the bars, beach, restaurants and only a short walk to the harbour and Star beach which is definitely worth a visit!
I can honestly say this was my favourite holiday ever and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, no matter your age or taste.
Thank you Cooks Club Hersonissos and thank you Erika! 💙🇬🇷
First the good , Great location plenty to do and local shops on your door step.
The rooms are clean but very basic . Staff very friendly. Found the food very good
Now the Bad , avoid if you are looking for a quite holiday , the constant heavy bass from the music goes on from midday to late every day . we were in room 616 2nd floor overlooking the pool even with so called sound proof doors you will find the room very noisy , I am used to night life but the noise from the bass can be relentless . The corridors can become very noisy with people returning from a good night out so if you don't mind being woke up or you are to drunk to notice be warned.
If you don't mind any of the Bad stuff go for it
